These are NOT serviced rooms. If you are staying for 1 or 2 nights this is fine. Not so great when you booked for 10 days. When you arrive you receive a leaflet with information that the rooms are not serviced daily and you have to ask if there is any thing you need. We arrived on a Saturday. We booked and stayed for 10 days and the rooms were not serviced once. So not vacuumed, no bin emptied, nothing. There was no option to hang something on the door asking for the room to be serviced either. We booked a classical room with a double and single bed as my partner snores quite loudly so it's easier to sleep in separate beds. The double sagged badly (see photo). We asked on Sunday if we could could change rooms because of the bed and were shown other rooms with beds that also sagged. The fridge was behind the door to the apartment inside a cupboard with sliding doors, so most times you opened the door it tended to hit the mirrored doors. Luckily the mirror didn't break. There were no power points near the main bed in any of the rooms we were shown, which is a problem when you rely on cpap. We opted on Sunday to stay where we were as nothing we'd been shown was better than what we had. There was a side table with one shelf. We discovered that it didn't have all it's pegs to support it when I put something on the shelf and it promptly slid to the back and fell down to the bottom shelf. On Monday the staff said we could change to a better room as they were not busy, and we were staying another week. We were given a 2 bedroom unit that could sleep up to 5 at no extra cost. The beds didn't sag and there was power near the main bed in one of the rooms. There was also a bigger fridge. This was great! However, in the 2 bedroom unit there was no hair-dryer, no teatowels, (although we had a sink with no plug), pots and pans, and a hotplate in the cupboard. Seeing as a fire alarm went off at 6.30am Sunday morning from someone cooking in their room we didn't use any of it. There was nowhere to hang or store your clothes unless it was in your suitcase or on the only bed not being used. There was shampoo satchets that resisted being torn open in the shower, whereas in the 1st room the shampoo came in a little bottle. I don't understand the inconsistency in room products. The airconditioning was hit and miss. To get the room above 20° we had to set the thermostat to 30. At times you would get a bit hot but most times it struggled to heat the room. You could feel the cold coming up through the floor. I could hear noises and voices coming from other rooms, people in the corridor, doors opening and closing so little to no sound insulation. The extra blanket supplied had someone else's long hair all over it (we both have short hair) and I didn't feel comfortable using it except on the lower end of the bed. This means that they don't check or clean the blankets after use. The curtains are wearing through and need to be replaced soon. The plus side was great wifi, undercover and locked car accommodation. The staff were respectful and courteous when we did talk to them. Overall, the place is in need of better management, maintenance and asset replacement. We are not planning on staying there again and I wouldn't recommend it. I gave it a 3 only because we were given the larger room. It didn't not live up to the advertisements and "Serviced" should be removed from the name.

The belconnen way hotel motel is disgusting and not fit for humans . The manager tried to bribe me with chocolate to get a good review and when that didn't work i was threaten if I did post bad review I would not recieve a refund . Sadly no refund was given but keep it and pay for a cleaner . I still posted the truth and they had my original review removed, now that tells you if they remove a review they are not letting people have their say . The manager reports your review and then leaves responses even telling you they removed your review so people dont get the truth .There are plenty of reviews all saying this establishment needs an overhaul and new management. As you can see most bad reviews left are removed in order to deceive you . Or there would be more im sure im not the first .No stars for this place . They can't have every bad review removed .

This exceeded my expectations from the moment the staff greeted me nothing was to hard for them. My room was clean light airy & bright. Comfy bed, great shower, the sheets were the best I have had. 5 stars to the Laundry Service. Secure parking for 4wds etc upper parking for others including disabled. So much charm beautiful furniture & mirrors in the hallways. Lift or stairs & motel units a home away from home. Shopping center next door & close to major aterial roads to Canberra. Ignore the negative reviews, clearly that's not the case. I had a quiet restful stay & I wish I could spend more time there. The photos don't do it justice. I urge you to try it.

Well if you want flith, mould ,and bed covering not fit for an animal this is the place .. 😆 🤣 As for the reviews what a joke .😲 Who ever told you this place is clean and cosy are lying to you and properly been paid to write it or staff trying to trick you .. Dont believe the reviews , all lies. They even had my partners review removed as she stated truth and they didn't like the bad review .so I posted it again . The only thing good about this place is LEAVING IT BEHIND AND NEVER RETURNING. 🥺😡 The bed was disgusting covered in I can only describe as untidy men had made a mess all over the bedding and we were expected to pay to sleep in it ..😠😡 The flithy state of the shower , you may as well not have one , because you will feel dirtier after your been in the shower. 🤢 Mould covered every surface and I have photos to share with you . Then when you do settle for the night , you can have a party going on from 12 midnight till 3am before you get any peace and quiet. With other guests been allowed to cause havoc and disturb other guests by running up the corridors and knocking on your door all night like immature children . 😟😮 SAVE YOUR SELF THE HEART ACHE AND TROUBLE ... STAY SOME WHERE ANY WHERE BUT HERE . 🤢🤮 I travelled over 8 hours and wished we had stayed anywhere but there . 😪 The one star is only there because you can't leave a review without it ,otherwise they would be in the minus...

Follow-up Review: Belconnen Way Hotel & Serviced Apartments—07/07/2025 This is a follow-up to the review I posted earlier about the extremely unfortunate experience we had at this hotel. I want to share further details, especially the emotional and practical impact this incident had on our group, three families, including several young children. Although having a fully confirmed and prepaid booking, we arrived on the evening of 07/07/2025 to find that no rooms had been allocated to us. Shockingly, the female duty manager who was on shift dealt with the situation in an unprofessional and dismissive manner. She showed no concern or responsibility and made no attempt to resolve the issue. Instead, she treated us rudely and simply turned us away. What I didn’t mention in my previous review is how difficult that night became for us. In an unfamiliar city, late in the evening, we had to scramble to find alternative accommodation for multiple families. It was a highly stressful and exhausting situation, especially with young children who were already distressed by what they had witnessed. There was no offer of support or assistance from the hotel. This experience was not just a service failure, it was a complete disregard for basic decency and hospitality. We strongly advise other travellers, particularly families, to think twice before booking this property. What happened to us should never...
