Hawker Take Away & Pizza — Restaurant in District of Belconnen

I don't typically make reviews about anything but I have to say I'm extremely impressed by what Hawker Take away did. When I ordered recently for a night in with drinks and friends the delivery service randomly didn't deliver. The Owner of the establishment called me up and decided to manually take our order to our apartment just because we were a regular customer and he didn't want us to wait hours for food, I also got a refund on the order too. The food has always been quite high quality the pricing is above average but you do pay for what you get and the pizza's are done with a huge amount of effort highly recommend them!

all this to say I'm extremely pleased by how bizarre that this small random Take away shop has impressed me and my friends where its our go to place to order from for the past year or...

Went and got the fish and chips for like $13 and can drink for $2.50, decent amount of chips, could've used a bit more fish but it was a good amount. I think the owner or manager or something walked in with a trolley full of cans and was looking at me and my meal and I got the vibe of "Wow look at the young youths of today, they are eating healthier food instead of fast food and supporting local businesses, good on that guy" so that was pretty cool, but hey I cant read minds. Service was good. Atmosphere was alright, although they put books and magazines on top of the freezer cus i think they didnt have any ice cream, but I think an old guy read a newspaper on that so props for...
