I recently stayed at the Traralgon Mantra for a week during a work trip and found the experience to be highly satisfactory. Here's a detailed review of my stay:
Room Quality The room I stayed in was exceptionally clean, which immediately made a positive impression. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining the room throughout my stay, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it a convenient and pleasant stay.
Internet Connectivity One of the highlights of my stay was the fast internet connection. As my trip was work-related, having a reliable and high-speed internet connection was crucial, and the Traralgon Mantra delivered on this front. I faced no issues with connectivity, and the speed was more than sufficient for all my work requirements.
Dining Experience The hotel's restaurant offered a good variety of options, catering to diverse tastes and dietary preferences. I particularly appreciated the vegetable side dishes, which were generously portioned and oil-free, aligning well with my focus on nutrition and healthy eating. The quality of the food was consistently high, and the service was prompt and courteous.
Fitness Facilities Another major plus was the convenient access to a 24-hour gym located just across the street. This facility was a great benefit, allowing me to maintain my training regimen even while travelling. The gym was well-equipped and easily accessible, adding to the overall positive experience of my stay.
Overall Experience In conclusion, my stay at the Traralgon Mantra was highly enjoyable and met all my needs for a work trip. The clean rooms, fast internet, excellent dining options, and convenient access to fitness facilities made for a comfortable and productive week. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Traralgon, whether for...
Read moreAs a local GP living and working in the Valley, I am appalled by the service provided by a local hotel such as Mantra Traralgon.||My family and I (2A and 2C) stayed in Rm 413 from 14 to 16 June and on checking out on 16 June at about 10.15am (our younger child was abit unwell so it took abit longer to get her ready), we were told we had missed the breakfast seating. Having paid for breakfast, we understood that we had missed the seating and said it was fine but as there was still some fresh milk sitting on the counter next to reception, we asked if we could just have some take-away milk for our child but was told rudely 'No' by reception.||We were not asking for the entire breakfast buffet (which was mediocre anyway) to be opened up again but just some take-way milk which was sitting just next to the reception about 2-3metres away. The 2 receptionists seating at their computers were too lazy to even bother standing up to walk the few metres to assist and were quite happy to just continuing staring at their computers. They were unwilling to go the extra mile for guests.||Extremely poor service and will definitely not be recommending this hotel to anyone here in the Valley or travelling from elsewhere.||Dr. Bryan...
