Best Western Governor Gipps Motor Inn — Hotel in Traralgon

Ya can't have a legitimate judgement because if you're going to stay in a motel ya get what ya pay for!! Rooms are okay nice beds and awesome shower like seriously the best shower 🚿 😉, I left my keys in my room and I went to the front office and she didn't hesitate one bit awesome attitude and very helpful she came and unlocked the room asap ! Location was good for me because I was working 2 minutes up the road 🛣️ but if you was to go their for a holiday I'd probably look at ya speechless and walk away the location is close to the center of the town their are a lot of shops but 1 thing that puts me off places is seeing dead shops kinda makes things less fun. Prime example I wanted a coffee I went past the first 2 still listed on Google and those 2 where closed it took me ages to find a coffee shop had to ask the locals. But when it comes to fast food they have everything ya could imagine and all very easy to acsees and some of the shops is x2 locations that Evan spun me out 😝 the locals are super friendly and very helpful but it's definitely not somewhere ya would go for a holiday unless you have a seriously legitimate reason for work or...

OK so the first room we were put into was room number 1 and well let's just say its was very under satisfactory conditions as it just stunk of mould. Everything was very dated and worn or just didn't work at all. Stains all over the floors loose electrical equipment, and telephone socket etc just hanging off the wall with wires exposed. Maintenance on the property has obviously been let go. We had extremely loud people at 4am yahooing and carrying on. The 2nd room we got put into wasn't much better paying the same price but this time, older amenities, lights blown, no mini bar again wires exposed etc. We had stayed there a few years before and it was quite tidy, very different to what we experienced this...

The motel was very tidy, all amenities were good, and the front office staff very friendly and helpful.||However my stay was spoiled by a group of six tradesmen, who were hanging around outside my motel room, drinking beers, getting drunk, becoming very noisy, and looking for trouble. A motel guest told them to quieten down, however they did the opposite and became even more belligerent. Eventually they left the motel to take presumably meals at a local pub, and later they returned and continued with the drinking. The noise eventually stopped at about 10:00pm.
