Great showground situated on sloping ground and close to town. Remember to bring your chocks if you have a camper, camper trailer or caravan. Remember to bring an extension lead.

There are some level-ish sites, best to book with the caretaker. Great price for nightly camping. Clean amenities (showers/toilets) with a code on the door. Public dump point is across town (couple of mins).

Great to have campfires (out of total fire bans). Lovely to watch the local horse trainers attending track work.

The Information centre is adjacent to the showground and you can hire fossicking kits and grab a locally made goods.

If you’re lucky to be staying when the markets are on, check out the lovely locals in the hall. The homemade baked bikkies, sausage rolls, cakes and breakfasts are super good quality. Country people really know how to cook.

Great showground for camping. Cheap $20 per night for power and water. Easily accessible. Lots of open space. Large vans fit easily. Some flat ground spots and some on small angle where you can just use your levelling ramps. Ammenities good, clean daily. Bring s heater if out of summer, its cold. Close to town. Generally quiet at night but theres a huge MDF? Factory across town that you can see, its right near the caravan park and it made a fare bit of noise on a Wednesday night that carried across the town, ear plugs fixed that.
