Loves love love this motel.
The rooms were huge. The bed was huge. The bathrooms were also huge and had shower benches installed for those who aren't as able bodied. Including a shower head that you can remove off the wall and use.
The beds were comfy and the quilts were heavy and warm and I honestly could've just stayed in bed the entire time and sleep, they were so comfortable.
There were great amenities in the room, they felt private and the staff were absolutely wonderful. Easy parking right outside your room, and a nice location near the river.
I cannot say enough good things about this motel, it was nicer than the 4.5 star hotel we stayed in in Launceston.

This place is with out a doubt the shining star of Strahan.
A welcoming hello to us the moment I arrived, the relaxed nature of the staff, the amazing smell of the clean rooms, large tv, huge beds, great heaters, electric blankets, massive bathroom with heat lamps, tea and coffee, large selection of locally made goods on offer to buy, easy parking directly outside your door, FREE WIFI, well lit rooms that are very spacious, power points everywhere to charge your belongings, private courtyard out the back, close to the water, shops and cruise terminal.
A very safe location to stay with plenty of outside lighting and tucked away not far...

Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, we had clean fresh towels, the was automatically conditioning that worked well. We had 2 good night's sleep here. Unlike all the other motels we stayed at in Tasmania, we got fresh milk each day!!! The breakfast was cereal and toast, not a prepackaged box, but fresh bread. Toast was lovely. Butter, honey, jam, Vegemite. After a long walk out to Montezuma falls and climbing Henty sand dunes, this was a great place to come back to rest. Local takeaway shop had nice fish and chips too. I would definitely come back to stay here if I was in...
