It is hard to give a negative review on this hostel but even harder to say positive either. Although all amenity is included as a standard youth hostel, the overall facility seems very old and some of these are out of order. I never able to connect to wifi in the lobby or open air as the signal is very weak (no internet coverage in our room at all). Outside our window a machine were making low noise for the whole night, and the bed is uncomfortable that I have a worse sleep during my one-week trip. Despite the date we check in is in peak season, there are only a few guest in the entire building (which seems a little creepy). Staff is friendly but seems a little rush to end conversation. Not great: I was one a calm day but i believe they need more showers and toilets to accommodate a full house (unless there are some ensuits, because I only saw 2 showers and 2 toilets for women in the backpacker area). The rooms may be very hot and i wish there was at least free salt in the kitchen (coffee and sugar would be awesome). I would appreciate having regular sheets instead of the 'envelop' singe sheet. That does not work for tall people.
