Gasthof Oberwirt and Hotel Elisabeth — Hotel in Gerlos

Had a very pleasant stay at hotel Elisabeth. The hotel has a fine mix of modern facilities and old fashioned Tiroler design. The hotel is a three minute walk away from the skilift making it easy to be the first on the piste. Apres-ski luigi's turbo bar is at the lift, the chin chin is aproximately 7 mins away. The personel is friendly and devoted to deliver a good service. Both breakfast and diner offer a wide variety of choice, making the half pension option available to vegans. Only when you enjoy the apres-ski and you tend to continue till the late houres this isn't the choice for you, diner is served till 8 o clock. The Chambers are quite large offring thhe possibility for up to 4people to sleep the interior is fine yet a little outdated, there are plenty of sockets to plugin chargers but if you want to bring a playstation bring an extra socketdivider seeing there is only 1at the television. The bathroom is large and has a bathdouche the bath takes quite while to fill so let it start filling 15mins in advance. Showering is troublesome because they lack a showingering curtain or shield leaving the whole bathroom a waterballet. However fresh towels everyday making allowing you to dry the shower after use.

All in all a very decent hotel with nice facilities like a spa, swimming pool and stube. A good place to enjoy a perfect...

Ich würde jedem empfehlen, ein anderes Hotel zu wählen. Der Service im Restaurant ist zeitweise für lange Zeit überhaupt nicht anwesend, was allerdings weitaus gravierender ist, ist der Allgemeinzustand des Hotels.

Der Eingang ist verlegt worden, somit läuft man entweder durch das ganze Hotel und den Gastraum oder um das Hotel herum den Berg hinauf, um sein Zimmer zu erreichen. Die Zimmer selbst sind in einem schrecklichen Zustand, der Teppichboden ist so alt, dass er in sich Wellen wirft, und alles wirkt schlichtweg schmuddelig.

Bereits bei Ankunft waren Haare auf dem Bett, die definitiv nicht von mir stammten. Eine Zimmerreinigung wurde zwar angeboten, ersetzt, aber nicht die obligatorische Reinigung, die vorab stattfinden sollte.

Was jedoch weitaus schlimmer ist, ist die Tatsache, dass man sich auf das Wort des Inhaber nicht verlassen kann.

Da ich mich in dem Hotel tatsächlich sehr unwohl fühlte und über kurz mal weg Gebucht hatte, reiste ich letztenendes vorzeitig ab (1 Nacht). Da die Reise über einen Vermittler gebucht wurde, sprach ich den Hotelbetreiber an, und er versicherte mir, das eine Rückerstattung der letzten Nacht von seiner Seite aus, nicht im Wege stehen würde, ich solle das an die Reisegesellschaft weitergeben. Diese war auch sehr bemüht, allerdings habe ich nun abschließend Die Info erhalten, das ganz klar seitens des Hotels diese Zusage abgelehnt wurde und angeblich nicht stattgefunden hatte.

Aussagen treffen, diese sogar per Anschlag zu besiegeln und dann nicht dahinter stehen ist ziemlich erbärmlich, weshalb ich der Meinung bin, dass ich diese Rezension auch abgeben sollte, um andere Besucher zu warnen.

The hotel is good if you need a 1 night stay. The breakfast is always the same with the cheapest meats and not 1 piece of fresh fruit. For dinner the chef is scared to use anny sauce in the dishes and rather gives dry rice every day. The rooms are small and so is the bed if you are tall.
