JUFA Hotel Judenburg — Hotel in Judenburg

My first impressions of the JUFA Judenburg hotels were very bad, but in the end I left satisfied. I booked a 2-bedroom appartment and also ordered dinner for us. It turned out the JUFA Judenburg is no longer offering dinners, the cook is ill for several weeks (why did noone find it a good idea to tell this in advance to the clients who booked a dinner still puzzles me). It also turned out that we will be getting only single bedroom appartment.( And by appartment JUFA doesn't mean that there is any kitchen at all.) The only two-bedroom appartment in Judenburg's JUFA is not available, it's booked longterm (why is it possible to book it then??).||||On the plus side, the service was professional, the room was very nice in the end, the whole building is very nice with a fine inner patio. The breakfast offered all that we wished for. And the price was very reasonable. So in the end, we left with a good impression. But I would strongly suggest to JUFA to correct it's online booking system, so that it were not possible to book services and rooms that are in fact not available, a few disappointments...

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst attending Moto GP at Speilberg which is less than 15 minute drive away||Bedrooms were of a good size, clean and modern. No air-con but portable fan provided in the room.||Our bedroom was a real "trek" from main reception so I would ask for a room close to the reception/lift||Expensive over £300 for 2 nights B&B but this was due to Moto GP at Speilberg and the hotel being so close to the track||Judenberg itself has a selection of bars/restaurants all within walking distance.||Hotel has free car parking and wifi||Breakfast - simple selection but adequate as included in price||Free Shuttle bus to and from circuit operates from Judenberg Bus Station on Friday/Saturday & Sunday of race weekend. 5 minute walk from the hotel, run every 30 minutes from 8am until about 8pm. Hotel is nice, located close to the center. Despite there were not many guests, we've got room at the highest floor and the furthest corner, which didn't make it very comfortable for us with 2 little kids. They couldn't give us any other room as they were not clean :( There was no wifi in the room.
