Pension Garni Hochmoos — Hotel in Lermoos

Struttura molto bella esternamente, molto meno belle le camere. Rigorosamente senza ascensore, quindi si salgono delle belle scale con i bagagli e non è proprio uno spasso. La nostra camera piuttosto piccola con zero possibilità di muoversi e senza un posto dove poter aprire la valigia, l'affaccio nella parte posteriore quindi sul nulla. Reception abbandonata a se stessa, non ho mai trovato nessuno e al nostro arrivo son dovuta andare a chiamare qualcuno per il check in, stessa cosa per il check out. La proprietaria mi ha scritto che non è un hotel con una reception sempre presidiata..... quindi vi informo della cosa. Negli spazi comuni ho notato molta pulizia, non posso dire la stessa cosa per la camera: asciugamani datati e poi il bagno è stato il mio incubo, non era per niente confortevole, ed era cosi datato che sembrava poco pulito. La colazione sufficiente, c'è di meglio ma comunque a quella ci si adatta. ||Struttura 'Covid-free' tutti senza mascherina! La proprietaria mi ha scritto che da luglio non è più obbligatoria in Austria, io invece dico che in altre città austriache e in altri hotel in Austria la portavano, era obbligatoria eccome! Wir haben hier auf dem Weg an den Reschensee für zwei Nächte Station gemacht. Zwar haben wir deshalb eigentlich keine hohen Ansprüche stellen wollen, aber dennoch waren wir ziemlich enttäuscht. Die Zimmer waren ok, allerdings für meine Frau mit Gehbehinderung über eine Treppe ins 2. OG ziemlich beschwerlich erreichbar. OK, hätten wir uns vorher informieren müssen, dass kein Aufzug vorhanden ist. Die Zimmer selbst waren in Ordnung, sauber und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Allerdings ist das Frühstück nicht mal ansatzweise zu empfehlen. In der "Kühltheke" waren drei Sorten Wurst (deutlich erkennbar aus der Plastikverpackung) vorhanden, wenn die weg waren, wurde nicht mehr nachgelegt, auch auf Nachfrage nicht. Es gab zwar Rührei und gekochte Eier, aber auch die lieblos hingeklatscht und nach dem Motto: Wenn weg, dann weg. Für "Spätaufsteher", die erst um 08:30 Uhr zum Frühstück kommen, heißt das: Gebt euch mit den Resten zufrieden. Das ist nichts, was wir von Hotels oder Pensionen (auch Garni) bisher gewohnt waren. Da wäre es noch gescheiter gewesen, sich im Ort zum Frühstück selbst zu versorgen. Zum Personal lässt sich wenig sagen, die hat man kaum gesehen... Nun ja, hier werden wir wohl nicht mehr...

Had trouble getting my key because my instructions were in German, but soon ran into a person who runs the the place and helped with a lot of info. View is great of the mountains! Breakfast was enjoyable in a very quaint setting. Love the decor. Room was hot, had to keep the door and window open at night which invite bugs. Small room but it worked...
