Worst customer service ever! Low quality food and very very rude staff. They took our order and served everyone besides us -- even the people who came after us. Not only food sucks, the ice cream also sucks. The entire staff is rude and have no sense of customer service. I ordered cone ice cream for my kids and they weren't flexible enough to provide a cup and napkins. My 2 years old daughter dropped her whole icecream in front of their shop and they didn't care about that. Everything you ask for, they will make faces before serving --its like they are doing a big favor and not service for the price you pay. Our trip to Austria was going great until we decided to eat here and they spoiled everything. Do yourself a favor and find some other...

Absolute positive surprise. On the outside it looks like a run of the mill Italian ice cream shop which also happens to sell pizza. On the inside a small yet fashionable interior, very friendly service and outstandingly good food greets you. Selten wurde ich so schlecht behandelt... Da es sehr voll war und das Restaurant viel zu tun hatte, sollten wir zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt unsere Pizza abholen. Meiner Meinung nach kein Problem. Wenn mir der Service sagt ich soll in 1h wieder kommen und die Pizza abholen, mache ich das gerne. Allerdings ist es unprofessionell wenn die Pizza bis dahin immer noch nicht fertig ist... Als die Pizza dann endlich fertig war, baten wir darum dass die Pizza geschnitten werden soll. Unter Protest wurde das dann auch gemacht. Als uns die Pizza übergeben wurde fiel uns auf, dass es die falsche sei. Wir haben das Personal freundlich darauf hingewiesen, woraufhin ich eine Ansage bekommen habe. Ich blieb gleichgültig und bat wieder darum, dass die nun richtige Pizza geschnitten werden soll. Nach wieder einer Ansage und zwei wütenden Schnitten, bekam ich dann endlich die von mir bestellte Pizza. Immerhin war die Pizza lecker. Würde aber trotzdem davon abraten dieses Lokal...
