Hotel - Restaurant Ländenhof — Hotel in Mayrhofen

Stayed in the Landenhof for 4 nights on a ski trip in March 2025. This was my 5th trip to Mayrhofen - I had stayed in the 4 star Straus and 4 star Neuhaus during my previous visits. The room was nicer in the 3 star Landenhof than the rooms I had in the other 2 hotels. We had a great view of the mountains from our balcony and it was quiet and peaceful. The dinner was also nicer in the Landenhof. The service was very good and we were very well looked after by the waiting staff. |The wellness area is nice and clean - there is a nice sauna and steam room but it is small compared to the Straus and Neuhaus. On our last day we checked out and the hotel manager allowed us to leave our bags in the bar area when we went skiing for the last morning - he also offered to open the wellness area earlier so we could have a shower before our bus to the airport. |This hotel has a cozier family feel to it than the bigger hotels I stayed in in Mayrhofen.|I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting beautiful Mayrhofen or the...

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here - loved it 4 years ago and loved it this time! This property is owned and run by a father and his two sons (Gerhard Sr & Jr). Their son Ben is the chef and the food is great!!! Breakfast and dinner are included in the price. The father & other son do everything else. The service is personable and friendly and it is in an excellent location to walk everywhere. The hotel is an incredibly beautiful town called Mayrhofen - it is so picturesque and there is lots to do. We stayed there in June this time & October before. Celebrated Christmas Eve here. We were eight people. Half ordered Chinese fondue, other half regular fondue. When placed on table we highlighted this. After waitress A asked waitress B, B told us like we were stupid, both of them is with oil. The dishes included salat which we were not told of, but heard from neighbour table that there was a bar. Look at the plates and see how filthy they were. They offered schnapps for whole party as a gift, but we were there with our kids. The meat was quite nice, so leaving 2 stars, but definitely never returning. There are much better places...
