Nogmaals, niemand klaagt nergens over. Dus ben je in een grote groep vrienden en lust je wel een cocktail, biertje of iets sterkers. En hou je niet van toezicht of gezeur. Dan is dit een perfect hotel! Alleen blije gezichten gezien.

Fantastic location, close to town centre, without the noise. Rooms spotless, spacious and well furnished. Food is exemplary, loads of choice with attentive service - Igor your the man! 2000 bottles of wine to choose from - no quite so many now 😳 Bar had a wide range of drinks with great quality cocktails -shout to Micheal and Karlo. Spa was lovely - open air pool joins into indoor pool and both have water jets which helped to ease skiing aches. Sauna and hotub were great and also helped. Good onsite ski hire was a treat, quickly sorted out our requirements and have lessons available too. Skiing from here is easy, 5-10 minutes in boots and carrying skiis, to the main 3 lifts.

They certainly aim to please at this all inclusive hotel. The food was excellent with good variety. Service was exceptional from all the staff. Drinks options are great with a wide selection of wines. Bedrooms spacious and comfortable all with excellent bathrooms too. Pool and Spa facilities clean and modern which was very welcome after a day in the mountains. Ski equipment hire available at the hotel (or sometimes 100m away) and you have a dedicated space in the kit room for your skis and boots (dryers) at the hotel. I certainly recommend the Aplinresort and the surrounding ski areas. I'm looking forward to returning as soon as I can!

If I could rate it higher, I would. This was by far not just the best place we have stayed for a winter holiday, but any holiday.||I'll try to break down why it was so fantastic.||Check-in|On arrival you walk in to a beautifully designed foyer and greeted by the warm and friendly reception team. The check-in process was smooth, everything we needed to know about our stay was clearly explained to us, given a document to refer back to in case we forgot anything and handed our room keys.||The room|We booked the double superior room with bathtub but we were very kindly upgraded to the large double with bathtub and separate shower. The room was the one advertised on their website which you can do a 360° view of. I'm not sure the 360° does it justice, the space is just fantastic and in keeping with the rest of the hotel, very nicely designed and meticulously cleaned. If I had to nit pick, there wasn't any tea or coffee making facilities in the room but that really didn't detract from our experience.||The ski lockers|No expense spared here, these were fantastic. Huge open space so you're not fighting for space when all the guests are trying to get their boots on in the morning. The individual lockers themselves were very modern with plenty of space for all your gear and well ventilated with a mild heat. Hanging space in a pull out wardrobe for jackets and salopettes, boot rack, glove rack, helmet rack and space for skis/snowboard. And a vanity mirror just to make sure you're looking on point before you head out and to remind you what an exhausting day you've had when you come back 😅.||The spa|Saunas galore, indoor therapy pool which goes to a heated outdoor large pool. Hot tubs, Scandi sauna outside, and again exceptionally clean.||The restaurant|The food is elegant, delicious and beautifully presented. At dinner, 3 courses are freshly prepared and served to you and there is also a fantastic buffet which is kept fresh at all times. At breakfast the chef makes omelettes to order, there is a huge selection of fresh breads, salads, hot and cold meats, beans, scrambled egg, I could go on, it's just vast. How they keep everything so fresh on such a vast selection is beyond me but they do it very well.||The bar|For a huge hotel, the bar is really cosy which makes for a great atmosphere. You can gather round the bar for a more lively atmosphere or head out in to the larger space behind the bar for a quieter, more relaxed environment. The selection of drinks is huge and if it's not on the list the knowledgeable bar staff will make it for you.||The staff|Everyone greeted us with a warm and friendly smile. Even in the interactions between the staff they all looked like they were having fun and enjoying working there. It made for a really enjoyable environment to be in.||Summary|We've stayed in a lot of hotels, chalets and air bnb's in the 15 years we have been together. I find that the catered options often try to do everything but without a specific focus, often do all of it but not particularly well. You get all the benefits of staying at a large hotel in terms of facilities but maintains the intimate and personal service of a small chalet. This place delivers on all fronts, a really rare find which is why we have rebooked for next year without hesitation. ||Special mentions for Michael & Max on the bar and Nikolai in the restaurant. These 3 really made our stay and we look forward to seeing you next year!||Thank you to all at the hotel for a...

The hotel package came with a joker card and a free bus card which allowed you to explore the 8 attractions including cable cars in the area and free regional public transports during summer months. ||Central location with a short walk to cable cars, centre and bus station to Zell-am-See and Interglemm. Nice views at hotel's surroundings. Hotel itself is modern and tastefully decorated with Tom Dixons' Melt Pendant ceiling lights all around lobby and bar as well as coffee machine, SMEG fridge & organic teabags in our room which gave a subtle hint of luxury but not in your face. ||Great facilities such as large swimming pool, indoor and outdoor sauna room and jacuzzi pools which were perfect for a rainy day.||Room was spacious. We were allocated to the the new wing with a big balcony with sun-lounges and chairs overlooking the cable car, hotel's swimming pool and the valley. We spent hours to enjoy our coffee every mornings. Big Bathroom with bathtub and shower enclosure and a separate toilet. Underfloor heating , however, it was a bit warm for us in summer months. We just opened the balcony door.||Great food & drinks. Breakfast and lunch were served to late which was brillant. We were able to have something to eat after walking after 3pm. ||Staff were cheerful, attentive, helpful, polite and professional. Manager and the owner were always around to greet and chat with guests. We loved the hotel dog Lucy. Reception staff Laura & Petro always greeted you with a smile. Services everywhere in the hotel were excellent. Nothing was a hassle. Our waiter (the younger one) always remembered our drinks and provided a top-notch waiting service in a calm and professional manner despite there were a lot of guests to look after. The young chef showed a passion for what he was doing and his food was always cooked to perfection and very tasty. We particularly liked the idea of cooking smaller portion in the buffet tables to keep food fresh and not to waste in the bin.||Evening entertainment was limited but the singer was very good.||We enjoyed the laid-back, relaxing and liberal atmosphere in this hotel. Guests seem to be allowed to do what they like and not too many rules being imposed. ||There was only one minor issue If I am trying to be picky was a slight change in the outdoor sauna room. 1) allows the temperature of both shower taps to be adjustable as current temperature were too hot for a shower and no cold water means no cold plunge after each sauna's session 2) installed a distilled water dispenser or leave some bottled water nearby as it was too far to walk to get a drink especially when it was raining 3) maybe store the pile of sunlounge cushions in the sauna room somewhere else when it was raining as they blocked the entrance and the hangers.||All in all, we had a wonderful 10 night's stay and we wish we had booked for a longer stay. We could stay here...

I had my eye on this hotel for years ( yes years !!! ) as we ski in the area every year but could never quite afford the winter rates . So when I saw it was afforadable for the 7 of us in summer I jumped at the chance .|When you look at a hotel for years and dream about staying there , there is always the chance you will be disappointed ......||Not with Alpinresort . It was FANTASTIC !!! Let me break it down a little .||Staff - so kind, helpful and friendly . A special mention to Petra who was so lovely to us and answered all my questions . She also booked tennis for the boys and helped us with walks , maps etc . All other staff lovely too . David ( ??) was our dinner waiter and he was so good . Very professional and attentive yet inobtrusive .||Food and drink - OMG . That is all I can say really . Breakfast was the best we ever had. All food was so fresh and delicious with much being sourced locally . So many types of bread, pastries, soups . Lunch was splendid and we lived for it each day . Lunch also ran from 12 to 5 , meaning you could walk in the morning and still enjoy a meal on your return . We loved the AI and didn't have a bad wine . They were delicious . Great cocktails too . Dinner was another splendid affair ! All ice cream made on site . Thank you to the lovely lady who put out the Malaga ice cream for us on our last day as requested .||Pools and spa - we loved the pools and spa . There were water jets and bubbles and two outdoor jacuzzis . Weather was not always great but the temperature of the pools meant they were always a joy to get into .||Rooms and facilities - modern rooms with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in . Cleaning was excellent and linens of top quality . We even got an upgrade on our room for 3 people . Lovely bottle of Cremant in each room with some cakes for arrival .|There is table tennis in the basement and even a washing machine and dryer we could use as one of my boys had been travelling prior to meeting us.Our room looked right onto the beautiful village , the church , the mountains - so pretty - especially at night !||Location - I was stunned by the beauty of Saalbach - Hinterglemm . We had been there prior skiing but normally stayed in Zell am See. Saalbach is unbelievable . The natural beauty is second to none. We loved the free cable car and spent the mornings walking . The Joker card included tennis for the kids and also a number of crazy golf. This was well used . ||Lucy - no review would be complete without mentioning Lucy the dog . A beautiful retriever who is so clever !! She works a room like nobody else - looking for treats !! We adore dogs and she was the icing on the cake.||So , thank you, Alpinresort . We HAVE...
