Breakfast was a major letdown. The same items were served every day, with little to no variety. When we asked for alternatives, there were excessive charges for simple items like eggs, which seemed unreasonable considering breakfast was supposed to be included.
The manager, Mr. Najat, consistently pushed for extra payments in various ways, making us feel like we were being nickel-and-dimed for basic services. This behavior made the experience uncomfortable and felt like a money-grab targeted at tourists.
