Overpriced with Poor Service – Not Worth the 5-Star Rating. I recently stayed at this hotel expecting a 5-star experience, but unfortunately, it fell far below expectations. The location is convenient, but the service and overall quality were disappointing.

Breakfast was a major letdown. The same items were served every day, with little to no variety. When we asked for alternatives, there were excessive charges for simple items like eggs, which seemed unreasonable considering breakfast was supposed to be included.

The manager, Mr. Najat, consistently pushed for extra payments in various ways, making us feel like we were being nickel-and-dimed for basic services. This behavior made the experience uncomfortable and felt like a money-grab targeted at tourists.

For the price they charge, you can find much better options nearby that offer genuine 5-star service. I would not recommend staying here unless they make serious...

I stayed with my friends in the first week of October, 2022. ||Badam de Art has the friendliest, helpful, kindest staff that one can think of; from the hotel managers to the concierge to the room service, everything was impeccable. ||||The breakfast menu and the rest of the restaurant options both continental and Chinese are as good as any 5 star hotel.
