You can walk up the stairs or take the train up. The views are totally outstanding. You can see whole of Baku from her. Boulevarde, Flametowers, Caspian sea and all of Bakus beautiful buildings. The park’s layout feels thoughtful and relaxed. Wide terraces, shaded alleys, and terraces built from beautiful Baku limestone were designed by architect Lev Ilyin decades ago. It’s a place that invites quiet strolling, coffee breaks, and plenty of photo ops.
