Baku offers a breathtaking top view that is perfect for capturing stunning photos. From this vantage point, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the entire city. Additionally, there is a restaurant on the top for those looking to grab a bite to eat while taking in the scenery. Parking facilities are available outside the location, making it convenient for visitors. However, it's important to note that public toilets are not available in this area. The best part is that visiting this place is absolutely free, as no tickets are required. It provides the perfect view to admire the iconic Flame Towers and capture beautiful photos. To truly delve into the history of Baku, it is recommended to explore this place with a knowledgeable local who can share fascinating insights.

One of the best viewpoints of Baku and it can easily be considered one of the top spots among global viewpoints offering 360 panaromic views of the city. It's a dream for photography lovers. It is huge, very well planned and extremely clean like all of Baku. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is too windy at the top. The wind pushes you around and it's very easy to lose your belongings due to the wind pressure. There is Manzara restaurant at the top, which is just ok in terms of food and service, but if you want to sit around and stay away from the wind for a bit then it serves the purpose. There is a martyrs lane here as well remembering lost soldiers of the past and a sight with burning flame.

Highland park, well known as ‘’Viewing Square’’, and earlier in Soviet era as ‘’Sergei Kirov park’’ is one of the most favourite places in Baku to have walk, rest, and enjoy the sea view. There you can take rest by breathing fresh air, viewing the city, drinking tea in the Highland Park Café , while listening to the classic lounge music. It’s the best place to relax, that is located right in the heart of Baku Visit this park at night time, because of the amazing lighting on the stairs to the Highland park! And also on hot summer days and nights you can feel there cool, and a bit windy There is mosque next to it.

Wonderful views. Go to a nice walk between the martyrs of Azerbeijan war history, very impressive and massive, they really know how to respect them. At the end you will find the tomb temple, which is magnificent. Sometimes they lit the fire in the temple and its crazy, but we didn't see it. After enjoying the breathtaking view and the nice memorial, we took a walk to the near by mosque and the flame towers. We sat at the Fermont hotel - one of the three flame towers - coffee and enjoyed a nice view from another angel. In google it says the flaming tower lit at 20:00 but actually it lits at 19:00

Highland Park is one of the best spots in Baku for panoramic views of the city and the Caspian Sea. The park is situated on a hill, offering breathtaking views of the Flame Towers, the waterfront, and the city’s skyline, especially at sunset or during the evening when the city lights up. The park is well-maintained, with beautiful walking paths, green spaces, and memorials. There are also benches along the way where you can relax and take in the scenery. It’s a peaceful, scenic escape from the busy city life and a must-visit for anyone looking to experience Baku from a new perspective!
