I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Plaza Hotel located in Uttara -9, near Housebuilding. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional level of hospitality that greeted me.
The hotel boasts a wide range of accommodation options to suit different preferences. I had the opportunity to explore their Single Bed Room, Double Bedroom, and 2 Triple Bedrooms, and I must say, the attention to detail in the decoration of each room was truly remarkable. The aesthetics were captivating, creating an ambiance that blended comfort with elegance.
One aspect that truly stood out during my stay was the staff's commitment to providing an exceptional experience. Their professionalism and willingness to assist were evident in every interaction. Whether it was providing information about the local area or addressing any inquiries I had, the staff's warm and courteous demeanor left a lasting impression.
The convenience of having a restaurant facility on the ground floor of the building was a definite highlight. The culinary offerings were a delightful culinary journey, and the ambiance added to the overall dining experience. It's clear that the hotel places a strong emphasis on providing a well-rounded experience for their guests, both in terms of accommodation and dining.

Read moreForced to give 1 star, just to leave feedback. On booking we were told the hotel accepts card payments, so we didn’t get any cash out, on arrival we were told that card machine was not charged, but the desk Clark had to find a tissue to wipe dust of. We were forced to give the last remaining cash we had, (children’s gift money, they wanted to take home for collection). As we were short of the balance, it was agreed that we would pay the renaming balance plus food charges in the morning. Food got delivered, and few minutes later, the phone rang and we was told to come downstairs to pay remaining balance or give card and pin and they will get the money. As the line was crackly I couldn’t believe what I thought I hard. Next minute someone knows on the door, as we scrambled to get our hijabs on, the door opens and housekeeping comes inside the room asking for payment. We had to ask him to leave as we hadn’t our headscarves on. The man again demanded payment, that other people usually give their card and pin. I again refused, then had to give the only remaining £20 note I had on me. We wanted to know how much change to expect back, he gave us an exchange from Google, my daughter checked and it was a different rate to what he told us. He then rang someone and was given the correct rate, he needed to give back to us more that what he took from and as he didn’t have any change, we waived it off. My daughters suffered a huge shock, and were so scared they refused to sleep that night. I would not recommend this...
