Delicious Food, But Delayed Delivery - MadChef Uttara Review

I recently ordered from MadChef Uttara through a food delivery platform, and I couldn't resist trying out their Mad Combo-2, which featured creamy mushroom stuffed chicken rice and a choice of either lemon iced tea or lime refreshment. My choice was the lime refreshment, and here's my take on the experience:

🌟 Food Quality (5/5): 🍗🥛🍱🍄 The highlight of the entire experience was undeniably the food itself. MadChef Uttara truly excels in delivering flavors that leave a lasting impression. The creamy mushroom stuffed chicken rice was a delightful fusion of rich, creamy mushroom sauce and perfectly cooked chicken. Each bite was bursting with flavor, and the portion size was just right. The lime refreshment added a zesty and refreshing touch to the meal, complementing the dish beautifully. In terms of taste and quality, this meal was a definite winner.

🌟Delivery Time (3/5): 🚚 However, I must address the elephant in the room: the delivery time. It took significantly longer than expected for my order to arrive. While I understand that good food takes time to prepare, the delay was quite noticeable and a bit frustrating. The anticipation for this delectable meal only increased during the wait, which made the delay even more pronounced. I hope that MadChef Uttara can work on improving their delivery times to enhance the overall customer experience.

Overall Experience (4/5): Despite the delivery hiccup, MadChef Uttara managed to win me over with their Mad Combo-2. 2025: Smokin chic (419tk) was so good. The taste of every element was there. Usually I don't find chicken patties juicy but in this burger I found it to be juicy. There was a smoking taste that complemented well with the dish, perfect burger as always. But the onion rings has lost their value as before, disappointing.

About their burgers, the beef burger was the BEST beef burgers have had in my life, it was so good. The combination of the sauce elevated the taste. The chicken burger was one of the worst burgers I have had in my life, the sauce was completely mustered and it tasted horrible. Chillox's chicken burger(180tk) is so much better than that. The onion rings was okay. I am disappointed about the sizes of the burgers,they were just small But loved the beef one

TLDR: Creepy staring from the staff, broken lift, dirty seating arrangement.

So I went to Madchef a few days ago to enjoy their meals, and right off the bat the lift was broken. There were no signs underneath the building to lead me to the restaurant (mentioning this because there were two staircases in the building). However, Madchef has always had great food so I decided a broken lift wasn't a deal breaker. Upon going inside, the staff consisting of 5-6 waiters gave me creepy stares from the very beginning until I was finished eating. The seating arrangement was extremely dirty and their seating cushions smelled. Since I sat nearly around the front of the restaurant, all of the waiters gathered at one place and gossiped while eyeing me promptly for no reason at all.
