I visited Virgo Lounge the day after Eid-ul-Fitr, hoping for a pleasant dining experience — unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet expectations.
Ambience: The ambiance of the place is cozy and stylish, but that’s where the positives end. Despite the nice setup, the cleanliness was a concern. The hand wash area was dirty, which was off-putting for a place that’s supposed to offer a comfortable dining experience.
Food: The food was overpriced for what it delivered. I ordered a rice dish, and it didn’t taste fresh or flavorful. The rice in particular was bland, and I didn’t feel it matched the price at all. Overall, the food was underwhelming, especially considering the high cost.
Service: The service was decent, but nothing special. The staff were polite, but the wait time was a bit longer than expected, even though the restaurant wasn’t crowded.
Kids Play Area: One of the reasons I chose this place was the kids’ play area. However, I was disappointed to find it very dirty and poorly maintained. It didn’t feel safe or welcoming for children, which is a shame since it could have been a great addition for families.
Overall: Virgo Lounge has potential, but the food, cleanliness, and kids’ play area need significant improvement. If you’re looking for a place to relax and enjoy good food, there are better options in the area. The restaurant has a lot of room for growth in terms of quality and service.
Rating: • Food: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5 — overpriced for average taste) • Ambience: ★★★☆☆ (3/5 — nice setup, but cleanliness needs attention) • Cleanliness: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) • Value for...
Read moreService is horrible. Their waiter came to ask about the price and we complained about the quantity and quality of the food, instead of understanding or taking further action nothing was informed to us not even a simple sorry to us regarding what we have received. Paid 2475tk which was totally absurd for what was served.
Persian Kebab was horrible, No taste whatsoever. (Was recommended by the waiter as he claimed it's their popular dish). Their so called Pita bread is actually a Naan Roti which was rather bigger than the quantity of the kebab served and their fries were purely frozen fries which tasted very cheap. Their price was not cheap in any way.
Adana Kebab's taste was somewhat Ok. Again the "Naan Roti" was rather bigger than the quantity of the kebab served.
Tavuk Bacagi consists of 4 small grilled drumsticks which tastes totally as same as the casual grilled chicken of roadside restaurants.
Mint lemonade tasted quite bland nothing extraordinary for the price they are charging which is 299tk+
Naming dishes in an aesthetic manner doesn't make the taste of the dishes extraordinary.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We had RESERVED our seats in ADVANCE, and they CONFIRMED the reservation, yet when we arrived on time, they had given our seats to others out of greed. Instead of fixing their mistake, they dumped us in a filthy, uncomfortable space.
What’s worse, the staff and manager BLAMED us for being late—when we booked that time. No apology, no compensation, just complete neglect and disrespect.
To make matters even worse, they made us walk up and down the stairs without offering any seats, just to harass us since we created a hassle in their serving of food. What kind of business treats customers like this?
The manager did nothing to fix the situation. I’ve attached a picture of the manager so you know exactly who’s responsible.
The place is cramped, chaotic, and unhygienic, and if their service is this bad, I doubt their food is any better. Shut this place down. Avoid it at all costs. Rather go to a place where they have principals...
