If I could give them 0 star I would! The only thing which is edible is their meatbox! I went there twice. First time I ordered a pasta and meatbox. The meatbox was good but the pasta was cold and was also rigid. It definitely was not freshly made, perhaps I think it was 2-3 days old! Second time, I ordered a pizza and meatbox. The meatbox was like before but for the pizza they didn’t give any pizza slice lifter! And also they didn’t give any plate or cutlery!! When I asked them why they didn’t give any plates, pizza slice lifter or any cutlery they said they usually don’t give any plates, customers eat pizza on the wooden dish! I had enough and packed the food to home! All the employee of that brunch is very very very very very unprofessional and it seemed they were not happy with their job or under paid! Pros 1. Tried their naga meatbox on buy 1 get 1 offer. Food was great and tasted good considering the value for money. Also the chicken platter was good. No complains regarding food quality and pricing.

Service was top notch and staff was friendly. They are definitely doing a good job specially mentioning they had a PR there named Ariyan who was asking for food review and opinion from customers. Feels like they value their customers.

Could do better: The vegetable along with the chicken platter felt like they were trying to serve chinese vegetables but I think just sauteed vegetable would go better with the platter.

Cold coffee small was 100 taka where some other joints serve it for a little less.

I had a very bad impression. I went to try their food items on 2 days back maybe! And they said their server is down and they are not likely to take the order. It was really surprising and disappointing. Coz they should have a back up plan for that. They just could write down the orders and then when the server runs well they just could put the entry in the server. Bata did the same.
