Hotel Seven Star (Residential) — Hotel in Dhaka Metropolitan

:) The front desk gentleman was extremely friendly and responsible, actively addressing any feedback or providing information. The owner also received me warmly and allowed me to check out late for my night bus and offered assistance beyond hotel services. The budget single room was small but equipped with a bathroom and a desk, sufficient for one person. The street facing the building was noisy, but inside the room (not facing the street) it was generally quiet, occasionally hearing distant honking. Located in Old Dhaka, transportation and dining were convenient, close to nearby attractions. The street downstairs was lively yet safe, and the price was very budget-friendly, perfect for budget travelers. I stayed for around four to five nights. Considering the price, they also provided toiletries and mineral water, making it quite cost-effective. :( There's room for improvement in cleanliness; some dust was normal. How funny! Now they are saying I wasn’t there & theres no option to reply🙄 I attached the booking.com confirmation in photos.They showed us 3 rooms.Every rooms were messy and dirty.After confirming one of them I requested the staff to clean the room and leave away for work.When I came back I asked the staff did he cleaned it? He replied affirmative but the room was the same as I saw before leaving. Then I again asked the same question and he replied the same way like before even he was there looking at the dirts. VIP room and washroom were good but some important things were missing. Like there was no balti or mug, no hunger for clothes that can not be expected in hotel like this. And the most annoying thing was a staff who showed us our room.
