I am Indian ...Booked this hotel through Agoda.com.Location is perfect ..Just beside Kamalapur station so as an india I need to buy train ticket from Kamalapur station so it was perfect for me..Also most of the bus counter available near hotel...also international bus like kolkata available same..and if any tourist looking for Cox bazar,saint martin,cumilla etc all available..Also there is many restaurants and in house restaurant available at this hotel...Service is very bad morning staff was not well they don't care about customer night staff well behaved but issue is service .Water only 2 bottle for double room and 1 for single room and same you should ask for 2/3 times or more..Bed size small but ok manageable but bed cover too short even it was not fitted..Dinner launch room service provided without any charges.. Breakfast free and also dilicious ..not only that their chai is so special and unique I post photo of chai it...

It’s a two-star hotel located in Kamlapur. Dhaka. Their rooms are small in size and often have bad smell / smell of cigarettes. You may need to call room-service guy to come and use air fresheners all over the room. But they don't usually give you the air fresheners completely. Instead, they spray it wherever necessary.

We also found no Towel at the washroom. There was also no handwash. Only a small-size soap was given to wash hands and for other uses. We also had to request room-service boy to change the bed sheets.

The food provided has no quality and taste. They should improve the quality and variety of the food.
