My experience at The Capital Hotel was outstanding. While the exterior may not initially impress, stepping inside transforms the entire perception. From the moment I arrived, the staff's remarkable hospitality was evident—they swiftly handled my luggage and delivered it directly to my room.

The reception process was smooth and efficient. NAJIM, the receptionist, expertly managed my online booking and welcomed me with a freshly brewed apple juice. The room was not only spacious but also spotlessly clean and well-appointed. The bathroom, too, was impressive, sparkling and roomy.

The complimentary breakfast was a delightful culinary experience, one of the best I've ever had. A standout feature of my stay was the exceptional service from TUFAJJUL, the front office manager. From the moment I made my booking, he went out of his way to ensure my stay was perfect, even offering me an evening cappuccino. When it was time to leave, he graciously assisted me to the airport with my luggage. Someone like TUFAJJUL is a valuable asset to any organization. He knows exactly how to treat guests and ensure their comfort. He is detail-oriented and consistently provides top-notch service. The hotel itself as a 3 star hotel is well known and it's not my first time visiting there. Last time we visited I notice sudden fall in their services. Now I would mark it as a unnecessarily costly hotel with bad service. The hotel staffs were not the nicest. There was an odour in our room supposedly coming from the bathroom. We informed the hotel staff about it they came to check and said they will come fix it soon. During our 2 days stay there neither they came to fix the odour in the room nor did they try to change our room. I have myself faced such situations in other hotels and all the other hotels tried their best to improve the situation. Sometimes they even upgrade the room free of cost for compensating. I'm not asking for a compensation but it was very unpleasant how they didn't pay much heed to the situation.
