Central Inn — Hotel in Dhaka Metropolitan

First of all, thanks for the service during our stay.

However, I would like to share that the experience was not satisfactory as they have mentioned during check-in the rooms are not in a good condition/well maintained. the bathroom had an unbearable odor where we stayed.

We had booked 3 super deluxe rooms in this hotel, while booking the rooms they behave so friendly and well. (I guess this is done just get you checked-in) Moreover they even promised things which was never fulfilled.

Such as: while check-in they have mentioned about requesting for an extra bed if required; when we have requested, their reply was “we do not provide extra bed in this hotel”.

No extra towel TV does not work TV remote does not work

Room Condition: One of the room had serious problem in the Air Condition. Water Leaking, Icing etc.

Even after several complaints, no actions taken and they would say “we are sending our technicians” “we will change the room if needed” blah blah.

All the rooms are full of small black ants. You can’t even keep the food on the table while freshen up (which take around 15mins).

When requested to do something about it. Their staff’s behavior was really unexcepted. In a lound tone he replied “Why did you keep food things on the table and eat in the room” “because you brought food ants are coming out”

Like seriously????? Thats your answer??

Anyways we stayed their for 3 nights, as we had some important things to taken care near that area. We thought of finishing up and leave.

Last but not least, their “breakfast buffet”. It’s “impressive”, Bufffet item: Paratha Dhal Vegetable Completely riped banana and fruit flies around Juice / Tea

I think they should seriously consider to re-understand the meaning of BUFFET.

Anyways, I must say one most amazing part for us in that hotel was just the Rooftop View at night. You can finally see the empty city, less noise, less crowded and less traffic.

I stayed at this hotel for a month and overall had a good experience but the communication between the manager and staff is poor. Before my arrival, I was assured by the manager that my room would be ready, as I was arriving early in the morning. Unfortunately, when I got there, I had to wait in the lobby until the room was prepared, which was frustrating after a long journey.

Room service was generally efficient, but there was ongoing confusion regarding breakfast. I was told I could request breakfast in my room any day, and while I did receive it once, it was not provided the next morning. When I asked why, a manager told me in-room breakfast was only for emergencies. Strangely, during the last few days of my stay, breakfast began arriving without any request- likely an attempt to influence my final impression.

On a more positive note, the gym is well-equipped, and the salon services were excellent. I also really enjoyed the food at Terrace 21, especially the buffet breakfast. The housekeeper assigned to my room each morning was friendly, attentive, and consistently checked in on our well-being, which I truly appreciated.

However, there was one negative experience that stood out. One morning, when I slept in and requested cleaning later than usual, a different housekeeper arrived and seemed visibly annoyed. He acted as if we had inconvenienced him, placed a water bottle on the table in front of me with unnecessary force which made it obvious he was mad he had to come, and left without giving us the toilet paper we requested. His attitude was unprofessional and disappointing, especially in contrast to the otherwise pleasant service I received from the regular housekeeping staff.

The towels were often stained, had musty smell and mold , the sheets sometimes had holes or stains, the AC occasionally leaked, and there were two power outages. I also had repeated trouble requesting a bowl—room service kept bringing plates every time.
