For the price, I recommend 100%. The staff were excellent, the location was good, and the room was well-maintained with hot water available at all times. Complimentary bathroom accessories were provided too. The room contained a television and fridge and a towel was also issued. The only qualm I have is that they informed a booking website part way through my stay that I didn't show up and consequently I lost some cashback having booked through a promotion. This wasn't honest and has a negative effect on my platform account. Regardless, based purely on the value, I would objectively give 5/5.

I mean it's the most cheapest hotel I've ever stayed in Dhaka. So expecting anything near like 5star hotel would be stupid. But the reception is great and really friendly, something u can't even find in a 5star hotel. Yes, you can see the age of this hotel really. The equipments are quite old. If they refurbish the whole hotel, it would really amazing. I mean for 13 dollars/1500tk can't complain anything tbh 😅 Free breakfast, AC and Hot water.

The best part is they have an airport shuttle with less cost. The staffs are well mannered. They offer tea very early in the morning with no charge. They even offer tea at night. Give me a wake up call at 5 am as i told them to do so. Overall a nice experience. But the room charge should be reduced a little bit as per the room quality.

Most awful hotel I've ever availed. So bad a hotel!! They took 2500tk for a twin bed ac room. While checking in they asked whether I need wake up call or not.As I had to attain interview for Visa, I needed to wake up at 6am. I've requested them to call me at 6am. They said breakfast is complimentary and I can avail it in room. So, I've chosen room. In the morning neither I've got wake up call, rather I had to wake them up and ask for my breakfast at 6:40am.Complimentary breakfast was like food from garbage. I wish I could show you the picture! I've the picture but there's no option to upload here.Banana was completely rotten and I felt like to beat them for serving me that.Menue was: 2 slices bread, 1 egg omelet, little jelly and butter.Right after getting inside room I asked for wifi and found that my room was out of wifi coverage.Even after telling they didn't change my room. There were no light in the toilet, push shower was out of order,ac regulator and fan's regulator and switch was out of order.Dish connection was hazy and only 10/12 channel you can enjoy.Don't take any meals in this bloody hotel. It'll slaughter you charging huge money.Toilet was without toilet tissue.Mosquto and cockroach will be your friends here as they'll treat you well.If you want to check your patience level, stay here for one night. Ha ha ha!! If there were an option to put millions of dislikes for this hotel, I would have given all dislikes...

Hotel is on a very dusty broken road. Toilets are disgusting and dark. Rooms are ok but have fridges and air conditioners that probably were bought in 1950. WiFi is terrible. Had to be moved from one room to another due to lack of reception. There’s a balcony, however balcony looks like it’s not been cleaned in the last 50 years. Food was given, for lunch and dinner..... it was the same menu 🙄. No change at all. Just reheated the excess food. The worst thing is..... MOSQUITOS!!!!! The place is so dirty of course there will be mosquitos. They don’t have the bed nets and you will definitely get bitten through the night. ||||Positive side ONLY..... is the staff. Amazing helpful staff. They will do what they can even though it may not be much. They are lovely bunch of lads. ||||The manager has a close eye on their daily work activities but clearly fails to see ALL THE OTHER ISSUES! ||||Stay away if you want to sleep and go to the toilet in a hotel and eat different food and want to use food internet and be in a clean environment!||||One last thing, I’ve been to two rooms which have balcony doors. They both have a space between the door and the frame. Causing dust mosquito and draft to...

Update: got a response saying the client (Biman) request it. If you dont have a room that can accommodate three people then maybe dont say yes to the client. Also doesnt explain the lunch and breakfast. My advice to you would be to improve your food service and rooms and dont think of passengers as easy money but as free advertising to your hotel. Because if you did a great job people would of remembered next time they were in Dhaka and stayed with you.

Also just look at their responses to low star reviews . So bloody rude. Claiming anyone that gives them a low star review has to be unmarried and using their hotel for other things (I shouldn't have to say as we are all adults).

Original post:

On a flight from Syhlet to Dhaka and then Dhaka to London we were put up at this hotel. They took a double room and put three singles. No space to move around. Lunch was basic and breakfast was even worse. I understand that biman airlines are trying to save money but spending 3500 taka which is around £35 on a better place would go a long way. I personally wouldn't stay here without it being...
