I bought some dress for my 6 month old daughter. Proce was too high and quality wasn't good according to price. Anyway, i asked them if there is return or refund policy. They said within 3 days I could get the refund and within 10 days it is possible to change the product. I bought 4 dress and 3 pajamas. 2 pajamas wasn't matched so I bring back next day and ask for refund but they refused to give my money back though I had everything (money receipt and bank card receipt). They give me two option: Either I need to buy other items from their shop. Though I could not choose anything from their shop. They will give me a slip where they cut the Vat and give me a slip for the rest of the money after deducting the vat, I can buy some other times with this slip. So I asked I already paid the vat and when I'm going to buy next time i need to pay the vat again, why?! This is the only system they work!!! Don't recommend this...

Artisan is one of the popular brands in BD. I purchase from Artisan for a long time. From this outlet I purchased for 2 times.

This outlet is multistoried. In the ground floor you will get formal shirt for men, casual dress for women. Bill counter is also located here.

In the second floor you will get dresses for babies and females. They have a large collection. But dresses are like as usual. I did not find any special dress for my baby girl.

In third floor you will get casual shirt, Polo, pants for men. This place has a large collection but the decoration is worse. This floor should be rearranged.

I bought shirts, pants, Polos for several times. All are good in quality.

One thing here you can get medium priced product to high priced product. But quality is...

Customer service is very poor. Salesmen are not co operative. I was looking for Chinese shaped t-shirts. I couldn't find them so I asked an salesman. he said those were available and I took one and went for trial. after putting on the shirt I found that it was not the type I was looking for. so I said him about it and after that surprisingly he was vanished! he totally abandoned me and went to other side of the shop.
