Had a great time last month having dinner buffet at Le Meridian.

It comes with tons of items such as Live grilled station, Tempura station, Salad/Sushi Station, Cheese Bread, Chinese/Indian/Continental/Middle East Corners, Fresh Ice cream station, Dessert bar and local sweets corner, Fresh fruit corner, and many more! They serves around 120 items and it is well worth a visit

✨To start with my favourite starters were crabs, salmon, hummus, and, of course, prawns were all favorites of mine. I enjoyed the salad station where I could choose fresh salad items, and the prawn cocktail was also beautifully decorated! 🏵

✨My personal favourite main course were BBQ Ribs, Lamb chops, Fusion Sushis, Cheese section and obviously the grilled section hands down! The dory dish was to die for and the beef & chicken was super tender! 😋 Must recommended. Loved their Indian food section too 💯

✨Lastly how can I forget about the desserts The dessert bar was absolutely stunning. Filled with desi and continental desserts. There were two different chocolate fountains, as well as a live pancake and waffle station. The pancakes were amazing! There was every kind of cake you could think of and all of them tasted pretty good. 😊

The only negative aspect of this buffet dinner was it doesn't include any drinks, I had to order it separately which is a downside for me.☹️☹️

All the items we tried, tasted really amazing the hospitality was impeccable. Overall it was a great experience 👍

The staffs are well mannered and very helpful. 🙌🏻

A red velvet french toast made with brioche bread, chocolate drizzle all-day and cream cheese filling. It was crisp and had a pleasant texture. Cream cheese filling was sandwiched between the toast and whipped cream put on top. The cream cheese gave the toast a rich flavor, and they harmonized well together in the mouth🤤. Every taste of this luscious, creamy dessert is packed with surprises.

✨BLUEBERRY BUTTERMILK PANCAKE 🥞 [💸: 475++ bdt/-]

It is their signature dish! Honestly, Its been on my radar for a long time. I was really excited to try it. It comes with double layer buttermilk pancakes cooked slow to make them fluffy! Topped with blueberry sauce and their secret recipe cream cheese. The dessert had a tangy, sweet and creamy texture all together 😋. The pancakes were so soft and the blueberry jam along the cream cheese made it one of my favourite. You can't miss it whenever you visit @whitecanarycafe. Highly recommended 🙌

✨CREAMY SHRIMP PASTA 🍝 [💸: 565++ bdt/-]

Its a pasta made with shrimp 🍤 , edible latter with flowers, mozzarella cheese, garllc and red pepper serve with a creamy sauce that adds so much richness to the cheese foundation! The ratio of spaghetti to prawns was excellent as well. Definitely recommended

✨WHITE CHOCOLATE MOCHA ☕️ [💸: 365++ bdt/-] Large Size

I absolutely loved their white chocolate mocha. It's my go to drink. So sweet and rich, and not too much of a bitter coffee taste. So much better than their regular mochas!

✨MOCHA FRAPPE 🥤 [💸: 310++ bdt/-] Medium Size

The mocha frappe was creamy and sweet, with a present but not overpowering flavor. The chocolate was present, and this may just been me, but the chocolate didn’t stand out much. It was average 😕.

I think white canary’s dessert deserves a little more attention to dessert lovers. Though the prices might seem high, but who minds paying for some worthy food 😊
