Hotel Istanbul — Hotel in Sylhet Division

We were four family members staying at your hotel. The front desk manager and staff were polite and well-mannered, which we appreciated. However, we faced several issues during our stay. Only two towels were supplied for four people, and only one liter of drinking water was provided. The toiletries (toothpaste and shampoo) were of very basic quality. Room cleanliness was moderate, with visible stains on the furniture. There was no intercom, which made communication inconvenient. On the positive side, the air conditioning worked well, and our connected rooms were comfortably cool. The water supply on the first day was of poor quality, though it improved later. Breakfast, while included in the room rent, had fixed items and limited quantity—our older children found it boring and repetitive. We appreciated the complimentary printing of our air tickets, but it was inconvenient that credit card payment was not accepted. Although the hotel has good capacity, the number of guests seemed low, which might reflect the service gaps.
