Résidence La Fraisière — Hotel in Anderlecht

Arrived & found an odd appartment building. I had to call the owner and wait for 40mins for her to arrive. Parking is down a dodgy alley next to the building. after walking through 3 coded doors, we finally entered my room. The room consisted of an old kitchen (nothing worked), the cheapest of cheap Ikea furnishings, an uncomforable bed, a small tv, small desk and a small bathroom where the (once luxury) shower has been reduced to a 5 liter boiler that runs cold after 2 minutes. Nothing is avaiable, no coffee or tea, not a bottle of water and not even a complimentary breath mint. ||The toilet is in a corner and therefore difficult to sit on, next to it was an open pit of pipes and spiderwebs...and all of the halls are dark until you find one of the...

This place is totally unacceptable. It should be avoided and taken down any booking webpage. ||Booked for 4 nights, mailed to say we'd be late as flight was delayed, but they closed reception. ||On our arrival the following day, the landlady said it was no show, taking 600€ and leaving us on street with 10 year old son. Her attitude was outrageous and disgraceful, she refused to listen to us or give us the room for the following 3 nights. ||We booked through booking.com and after several emails and phone calls we are still waiting for a solution. ||Places like this exist because companies like booking.com...

Disaster. Room is disgusting. Employee do not speak any language, but French. No hot water in shower and leaking water from everywhere! We booked room; 1 bedroom, 1 living room and all we got was tiny room 3x3m with 2 beds inside. ||We booked for 2 nights, after 1 night we wanted to check-out, but the owner was not respondig on phone.
