BnB Rachel — Hotel in Bruges

My husband, daughter and I arrived to BnB Rachel at approximately mid day on Thursday 27 December.||We were greeted by the owner, Ann who offered us the most friendly and warm welcome to her B&B. She showed us into her home and offered us coffee and cake on arrival. She made us feel very welcome and showed us to our rooms. The rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated. Towels and bed linen were clean and the beds very comfortable. She had provided a kettle with tea, coffee and sugar in our rooms. The bathroom was shared by herself and sons but this was always kept spotlessly clean and available for us to use at our convenience. Although we did not require breakfast, this would have been available to us should we have required it,||She was very knowledgeable of the area and provided us with clear, concise and informative information on attractions and restaurants. The property was in a very quiet, residential area about a 15 minute walk from the city. ||We would have no hesitation in booking with Ann again in the future and would highly recommend her property to others staying in Bruges. From the day of booking to the day of departure Ann was an absolutely lovely host and her BnB is a wonderful place to start exploring the gorgeous city of Bruges. This was our second visit to Bruges and Ann had prepared a map of two alternative routes and both had great experiences for us on them. |Her list of recommendations for breakfast and dinner restaurants was absolutely spot on. |The room (Zoe) was beautiful and cozy. The shared bathroom was right next door. No words can explain the amazing experience me and my wife had during our stay at BnB Rachel. Ann is such an incredible host. Sweet, careful, friendly, lovely! The place is unbelievably well decorated with Ann's unique taste that combines warmth and art.
