A Five-Star Experience at the Marriott Santa Cruz de la Sierra
Our recent one-month stay at the Marriott Santa Cruz de la Sierra has been nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the impeccable service and genuine kindness of every single staff member. This property sets the gold standard for five-star hospitality, and we couldn't have asked for a more welcoming and accommodating experience.
The breakfast offerings are simply outstanding—thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and with a wide variety of delicious options to satisfy any palate. The Executive Lounge deserves special mention for its exceptional selection of snacks and dishes, which were consistently delightful. As a vegan, I was thoroughly impressed by the team's attention to detail and their effort to cater to my nutritional needs without compromise. This level of care made me feel truly seen and valued.
The property itself is luxurious and impeccably maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. Whether you're here for business or leisure, the Marriott Santa Cruz delivers on every front.
If you're considering visiting Santa Cruz, let me save you the trouble of searching—this IS the hotel to book. The Marriott Santa Cruz de la Sierra will not disappoint. We are leaving with hearts full of gratitude and memories we will cherish forever.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay exceptional in every way. We can't wait to return!

Read moreDespite numerous calls(costing me $$$ since out of country) directly to reservation attendants to ensure everything was in place prior to arrival, we were very disappointed with the lack of follow through. We requested: the honeymoon amenities package, champagne, fruit basket (which were told only could accommodate chocolate covered strawberries), chocolate bars (since no Valentine's day basket were available). The reality was unacceptable, there was no champagne, rose petals, etc on arrival. The champagne arrived the NEXT day prior to check-out because of my complaint! The strawberries were nowhere to be found, but only two chocolate covered fruits in lieu of fruit basket. There was no availability of wifi during most of the stay, which made for a very trying time, as we could not communicate effectively. The food was nothing to write home about, but more specifically, the brunch is nothing like its touted or should be, at least given this location's instagram. account! It is purely a show! Also, the call back from the on site reservation desk, informing me that my Executive Lounge Concierge booking I personally made, would be an additional charge for accessing the concierge lounge for consumption! I responded with the fact that the booking DID indeed include concierge access AT NO ADDITIONAL COST, like Ms Higa stated. This was NOT a good experience, hardly the kind you give a second...
Read moreFirst time in Bolivia and was very excited to stay in this beautiful hotel as the final leg of my amazing trip. I was however very disappointed that there was no outdoor furniture in the lounge despite it being advertised and me paying extra for access. There was also no in room dining beyond the late evening 10pm onwards, despite being advertised that it was available all through the night. I would definitely look around at other options for my next trip, the price of the room coupled with the lack of promised essentials were too disappointing to “definitely stay again”. The views from the room were exceptional, the staff was friendly and the room was very very clean. But these are things I’d expect from Marriott or any hotel for that matter especially with the price you’re paying in that particular market.
I wasn’t happy having paid extra for lounge access to have no outdoor furniture and a nicer room to be let down by no late night in...
