They forced us to pay service fee which was 10% of the bill. Service was absolutely not worthy 10% and when we said sorry we are not gonna pay this amount they said it is OBLIGATORY TO PAY! It is absolutely not stated anywhere and it is OBLIGATORY to inform about this before ordering anything! And I am almost sure it is not obligatory to pay any service fee by law and forcing someone to pay is absolutely disaster. Even more when the service was really poor. Never again and...

I am from Charleston SC, where we have awesome craft beers and a great nightlife. That said, I really enjoyed Sir Pipers (second time there) in Santa Cruz; especially the Pilsner and wheat beers. Fyi, I am guessing it is what is called a select, craft beer garden - clientele appeared late 20s to 50, all nice looking, well dressed and enjoying an evening out...

Realmente el lugar si bien es lindo discriminan a los turistas el trato es pésimo. Se niegan a servir comidas en barra. Si pedis en un solo pago varias bebidas tenés q estar preparado a tomarte las todas juntas porq te traen todo y tragatelo!!!! No son empáticos. Ante cualquier comentario solo responden con una sonrisa zocarrona. Además de ello te contestan de forma agresiva...te dicen( si no te gusta andate) de forma violenta. Cuando van a entender que la violencia no soluciona las cosas. La cerveza es buena.....pero pediila para llevar!!!. Es un desastre!!!!! No solo eso sino que también le comenté que la cerveza no estaba fría y metió su dedo dentro del vaso para tocarla y me contestó que si la quiero más fría que le ponga hielo... No lo puedo creer todavía...!!! Por ser turista tenés que pagar entrada... Y los precios te cobran más caro. Pensar q en Argentina los recibimos con los brazos abiertos y planes...
