HOTEL CESARE — Hotel in Uyuni

We came to Uyuni both of us being really sick and in need of a good place to stay and recover, and what a luck to come across Hotel Césare with its owner Cesar. The hotel itself is very comfortable; we had a spacious room with very comfortable beds and pillows, very soft and nice towels, and no problem at all with hot water. The cleanliness of the room and the whole hotel is impeccable. You can tell that at Hotel Césare they are really looking to welcome you, not skimping on details but providing you with good toilet paper, good quality shower soaps etc. It's a very comfortable walking distance away from the heart of Uyuni, making it calm and relaxing but without being far away from the hustle and bustle if you want that.

We have never felt so at home in a hotel; Cesar himself was so extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs and wishes and helped us out in so many different ways, along with the rest of the hotel staff, really aiding in our recovery process by making everything so much easier for us and by being so flexible. Bedrooms were comfortable, spacious and everything was like brand new. The whole place was spotlessly clean. A convenient location for walking to the bus station, restaurants and shops. Breakfast was included and was really nice - table service of fruit, yoghurt, toast, eggs and tea & coffee. The staff were all really friendly, especially our host Cesare who was exceptional and couldn’t do enough for us. He gave us recommendations for food and even a lift into the town with him. We also were able to leave our luggage here free of charge while we went on a 3 day tour of the salt flats, which was so convenient. On return from the tour, Cesare even allowed us to access a room for a small fee, to shower etc before we took a night bus later on that night. Excellent hotel, I couldn’t recommend...
