Pousada do Serrote — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Acaraú

Very old pousada in unacceptable condition - photos of the website do not show the real condition of the Pousada. I stayed there in December 2016 and needed to leave early as the chalet of the Pousada do Serrote was in an unacceptable condition.

After complaining, the landlord Natalia did not even apologize or refund anything.

The following pictures show what I found to be unacceptable for the high price asked: Chalet is in a very old condition and not maintained well Ceiling and floor is stained and in bad condition Light switches and sockets are very dirty TV cable is covered with something very disgusting Door does not open properly. You must hit it with the foot to open Kitchen especially oven is very dirty, shelf is missing a handle Shower head and construction is dirty, toilet seat is old and stained Chalet is very dark There are many stains from water at the window in the bedroom Outside table needed to be cleaned by me before using Bench and hammock are dirty and very old Towels are old Bathroom door has a hole

This might have been acceptable for a very low price - but the price was tremendously high.

I clearly warn anyone who would like to stay in this place to be aware of the real condition you will find the chalet in.

Não gostei do tratamento que recebi na pousada. Explico. Antes de alugar o quarto 02 não hesitei em perguntar se o local aceitava cachorro (raça shih-tzu, para ser mais específico). Em resposta, a pousada informou que aceitava. Com essa informação e expectativa gerada, reservei o quarto 02 para passar o último final de semana em Jeri, de 13 a 16 de fevereiro de 2021. Cheguei à pousada no período da noite do dia 13. Ocorre que no outro dia (14/08), no período da noite, a expectativa criada outrora fora frustrada pela pousada. Isso porque, no período da noite do dia 14/08/21 (sábado), a proprietária da pousada foi até a porta do quarto onde eu estava hospedado e prestou a informação de que, em razão do cachorro, não daria certo eu ficar na pousada até a segunda-feira próxima (16/08), pois, enquanto fazia um passeio em Jeri, que durou a manhã e a tarde do dia 14/08, o meu cachorro latiu. De imediato questionei: "A pousada não aceitava cachorro?" e, como resposta, PASME, a proprietária falou que aceitava cachorro que não latia. Oi? Existe cachorro que não late? Seria necessário utilizar uma focinheira no meu pet, para ele ficar na pousada? De imediato, sentindo-me com a legítima expectativa frustrada e consternado com o constrangimento (praticamente fui convidado a me retirar da pousada), tomei banho e ainda na noite de sábado, em Jeri, rodei a vila inteira em busca de outra pousada - Ou seja, o que deveria ser uma noite tranquila em Jeri, transformou-se em uma noite estressante. Nesta busca, tive o grande prazer de conhecer a IARA da Pousada do Véio, siuada na Rua Principal, 272, Jijoca de Jericoacoara - CE, 62598-000. Nesta nova pousada, a IARA recebeu com educação e carinho o meu pet. Devido ao infortúnio e ao constrangimento experimentado na pousada Serrote, terminei a estadia em Jeri na pousada do Véio, onde eu fiquei da madrugada do dia 14/08 até às 12h do dia 16/08. Com certeza ficarei hospedado na pousada do Véio na próxima vez que eu for à Jeri. Porém, em relação à pousada Serrote, mesmo se eu for sem cachorro à Jeri, ficarei distante dela, pois infelizmente a informação de "aceitar cachorro" não passa de uma propaganda enganosa, um desrespeito ao consumidor.
