It used to be a nice place, very well-located. Nevertheless, nowadays, the neighborhood is extremely noisy. Ok, usually you won't listen the noise in your room, but the recommendation to travellers who want to leave their cars parked and go to the restaurants, for instance, is not valid in these days. Many of these places will be offering live sound at high volume. The street is a mess to those want to have a dinner in peace. It's a big conflict between different stiles of music, loudly. In this case, prudent distances from the pedestrian street, where people go at night, are strongly recommended. So, "Pouso do Frade" doesn't offer advantages anymore, because the rooms are like convent cells and the cost/benefit relation...

He estado en esta posada y puedo asegurar que es realmente una excelente opción. Las habitaciones son simples pero amplias (¡incluso el baño!) y el personal me trató con mucha cordialidad. A la hora del desayuno, se ofrecen muchos productos realmente deliciosos.||Por otra parte, se ubica en pleno centro, y está rodeada de locales donde deleitarse con platos típicos a precios excelentes (10 a 15 reales por persona).||Por último, y esto fue el motivo por el que nos decidimos por la posada, fue que, a pesar de ser feriado, sólo nos cobraron la noche que permanecimos, y no un mínimo, como en otros lugares (que suelen vender paquetes de 2 o incluso 3 noches, hasta uno o dos días antes de la fecha, por lo que no es conveniente para quien está de paso como yo).||En resumen, un lugar que recomiendo a todo el que quiera conocer un lugar bellísimo y en estrecho contacto con...
