This hotel was wonderful, the service was fantastic for the most part. I say for the most part because I had to wait over 30 minute for a few bottles of water and needed to call twice. Also they don't really know much about technology...I figured out the TV myself and the A/C had a timer set to go off in the middle of the night, I called downstairs, no one came so I figured it out for myself. For a luxury property it would have been nice to have a makeup mirror in the bathroom and a box of tissues ( I bought my own box). The value for money was not that great. They do have a hot tub and they do have a nice room, but I expected more.
