Horrible cleanliness, we tried using the Jacuzzi on the 1st day and the internal system of the jacuzzi was horribly dirty. It looked clean at first but after starting the jacuzzi a lot of sludge came out of the internal system. Spent like 40min trying to clean it and gave up. The staff was extremely dismissive about the issue and gave me no imediate solutions, trying to pass the blame at all times. I paid extra for this and did not use it, if I hadn’t planned the next day already I would have left immediately. To be clear, it was not something from the water box, the sludge came from the jacuzzi tubes (when we turned it on after filling it) not the water tubes that fill the tub.

Péssima limpeza, tentamos usar a hidromassagem no primeiro dia e o sistema dela com certeza não foi limpo. após encher a banheira, qndo ligava o sistema saia craca/sujeira dos tubos, nojento. Fiquei uns 40min tentando limpar mas desisti. Os funcionários trataram o problema com muito desdém, tentando passar a culpa para outros. Paguei extra pelo quarto com hidromassagem e não usei, se não tivesse com o próximo dia já planejado eu tinha saído imediatamente para outra hospedagem. Olá sou a Beatriz, estive na vila Tiê em junho de 2024 com meu esposo Vitor. Assim que chegamos fomos muito bem recepcionados, conhecemos a pousada que inclusive maravilhosa. Fomos pro quarto, o quarto impecável, cheiroso, roupa de cama e toalhas limpas e cheirosas tudo muito decorado. Rodrigo e Mari maravilhosos Meninas do café e da limpeza todas gentis e prestativas Equipe toda maravilhosa Local ótimo Pousada linda e aconchegante, levamos nosso pet, tivemos todo suporte de café da manhã nas mesinhas de fora com guarda sol mesa montada tudo bem delicado. Perfeito Voltaremos com certeza Pegamos 5 dias amamos tanto que estendemos mais 2 diárias porque estava tudo perfeito! Gratidão a todos Logo logo...
