Joalpa Hotel — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Cabo Frio

I just stay here two days the service is very good. The negitives are next to main road very noisey. The other is the hotel only serves breakfast and good restrauants are hard to find. The last negitive is on Monday evening we as to get a taxi. They could not get one. We were told you are on your own. We went to the street and got lucky at taxi stop to let someone off right where we were standing. We went to great Italian Restaurant I will review in that section. The location to the beach is good about 10 minute walk about 3 to 4 blocks. I will post photo of the room and they did get us into our room early no charge. It also is close to a great grocery store good selection and they have a refrigerator in the room you can use. Tha grocery store is about 10 minute walk and has a universal ATM it work for all bank cards. There is a 12R charge goes at existing exchange rate tell you on the printout. For service , i cant complain about this hotel because every single request i had they took( calling cabs, earlier breakfast). But i had trouble getting my room when lock got broken so it doesn't look like it is generally maintained.|Room is just a bit bellow average, but they got an advantage , my room could accommodate 4 persons which would make this hotel...

Vou começar elogiando a presteza e educação dos funcionários do hotel. Gentis, prestativos, educados e bem humorados! Destaque especial para a Elza! Que pessoa SENSACIONAL! Um verdadeiro amor de pessoa! Fiquei hospedado no hotel por 8 dias. Não tive o que reclamar. A limpeza é realizada dia sim, dia não. O café da manhã é simples mas delicioso. Roupas de cama e banho limpas e cheirosas, tenho certeza que são esterilizadas. Como não reservamos antecipadamente, pagamos um valor relativamente alto para o mês de janeiro, valeu à pena! Reparei alguns comentários negativos de alguns hóspedes, sinceramente? Tem um povo que sai de casa com vontade de arrumar briga e atrapalhar a vida dos outros! O hotel precisa de alguns reparos? Sim! Mas não é nada que impede o uso e a acomodação! O Diego, que trabalha com a parte manutenção nos ajudou até a arrumar uma sombrinha de praia! Carinha boa e com muita educação. Indico e voltarei mais vezes com certeza! Já fiquei em resort com diária acima de 2k no Nordeste e não recebi o mesmo carinho. Força, pessoal! Vocês...
