Paraiso Tropical Village — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Eunápolis - Porto Seguro

We booked this place in 3 friends. All women. Of course it was a common decision but a shared cost. First of all, we were traveling with kids, so we needed structure and comfort. Their website shows a wonderful garden. Wow, scored! We wanted that for our kids, coming from Sao Paulo and New York! Frustration is not a fair word to describe my feelings when we came in. The wonderful gardens were just for the bigger and more expansive houses. Our house, however, had a terrace facing an ugly wall, no charm at all. Being an experienced traveller I complained right away, pointing that when you see their website it is not mentioned. The woman (Angela, I think) who hosted us was having fun and making me feel ridiculous with her colleague on the phone.This woman even refused to talk to me, claiming that she spoke all the time with my friend S. and she would just talk to her. Unfortunately, I forgot her name, I think it is Mayra. Totally disrespectful and absolutely not client guided. She offered us a house with a better view for a great amount of money. We don´t accept, just because it wasn´t fair. Their houses are nice, new, clean, good and comfortable beds, but they clean them only every 72 hours. We had 3 kids with us and we even had to find someone to clean the house for us. Another big problem was that we were not lucky with the weather and it was raining cats and dogs for most of the 9 days we spent there. They don´t have any kids oriented channel on their TV, nothing! It was a horrible experience and I felt mistreated from these two employers of them even though the owner´s wife was nice (but didn´t do anything to make us feel better). The houses were quite empty. I would not come back. I heard Arraial has so many nice and cosy places for the same or less money. Price by the way, was very expensive for...
