Pousada Pedra Rosa — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Florianópolis

Stayed in this Pousada with my girlfriend for two nights in April. ||IF you plant to sleep at night, have a quiet time DO NOT COME HERE! The pousada is next to two bars and at night you simply cannot sleep. They turn on loud music from 9 pm until morning (like 5 am). You can hear drunk people talking loudly and all sorts of loud bar noises. In fact its like you are in the bar, trying to sleep is impossible. ||Next day we talked to the owner and to our surprise she acted nothing happened which pissed me off really. ||||The rooms are just clean enough so you don't complain but dusty and mouldy. If you have allergy do not come here. Also this pousada is very expensive (they charged me 350 reais per night) and you can definitely find much better for your money with this. Even trendy nice hotels in Floripa for this price.||Overall this doesn't have a pousada feeling. Everything looks very improvised. ||If you are driving they only have parking space for three or four cars at a time and often you cannot park inside the pousada becuase its full and have to park your car out in the streets.||They do offer free internet we yes we could get a signal. Breakfast was okay, a bit improvised but decent.||I will not come back to this pousada. no way. two nights without sleep and dusty rooms. for the price it...

The pousada rooms are large (like a small 1-bedroom apt), but quality was a bit low, in the plastic chairs in the kitchen, the uncomfortable and dated sofa and beds, the toilet seat and cover, even the common breakfast area. It is cheap, and it feels cheap. But the staff is very friendly and accommodating. And the location is very good, near the lagoa's shore with its many restaurants. Cafe da manha e bolos sao muito saborosos

O quarto terreo da frente com muito Cheiro de mofo pois nao tem ventilação cruzada, o que seria facilmente resolvido se abrissem uma Pequena janela na parte superior da sala, pra frente, exclusivamente pra ventilação, bem pequena, mantendo a privacidade do hóspede.

Banheiro com varios detalhes a ser revisto, chuveiro tem de trocar a ducha é ruim, ar condicionado de parede antigo e barulhento, fechamento da porta do quarto/banheiro nao funciona, tampa do vaso horrível em aspecto, de plástico que vai cedendo, sofa nao presta mais pra nada.

Preço caro por conta desses detalhes que sao de suma importância a manutençao, isso demonstra o desleixo do(a) proprietário(a) apenas nesse aspecto.

Preço pago de 267 seria justo pela qualidade do quarto se fosse feito os reparos, do jeito que esta se torna caro.
