My partner and I prefer vegetarian food (and gluten free ideally) and sometimes find it difficult to eat while travelling. This is one of those places where we wanted to try everything on the menu (at least I did!) The dishes are interesting, unique, and the two we tried were delicious. One of Brazilian origin that was gluten free and one Hawaiian. I was interested in trying a Hibiscus beer that they were out of, and instead defaulted to a Caipirinha alongside my partner. They were the most unique we have had throughout our stay in Brazil! They both contained lots of fresh fruit and spices.

Read moreWhat a surprise it was to find a vegan joint in the land of sea food. If you're vegetarian or vegan, this is a no-brainer - you MUST eat here. The people are super friendly and so warm. The cocktails are killer! We tried the witbeir called Shaala and it was really smooth and tasty. We ordered the festive platter for 2 and everything on it was delicious. We especially loved the flower wings and the spring rolls. The passion fruit cheesecake was also really really good. Creamy, not too sweet and was the perfect close to a great meal.
Note - they are only open from Thursday to Tuesday and timings for each day are different. You might want to check the timings...

Unfortunately I found this place on my last day in Floripa, otherwise I’d eat there every day of my vacation.
The atmosphere is magical (even cuter than appears in the photos), the owners are extremely nice and down to earth. The food was absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend to try the tasting menu and get one of their special cocktails. Such a rare gem. Really grateful that I found this spot and can’t wait to come back to floripa to try more options...
