WindHouse Beach Hostel — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Florianópolis

I ended up her because another hostal was full and advices me this one close by. thought I would be changing places after 1 night, but kept extending and stayed till I left the island! It is a small hostal with roughly max. Of 20 people, Martin the owner is a fanatic watersporter(you can rent wind and wave surf gear for a honest price), speaks English and a very welcoming chill host. Part of the family lives across the street above the daytime chill out area, which has a awesome tropical garden with a "river" when it's raining. Breakfast is very nice and complete for hostal standards and his parents who are helping are awesome too(you will have to know Portuguese to conversate which I unfortunately didn't master enough). Further it's just a very VERY clean hostal and great kitchen facilities. Highly recommended if you are into water sports and want to be away from the crowd. Only thing is: you have to like walking. First bus stop is about a good 10 min. Walk, traffic can be horrendous(going to Centro can take up to 3.hrs during peak season) and quickest will be walking over the hill to Mole beach or...

Hostel simplismente acolhedor!||um lugar muito tranquilo na Barra da Lagoa, pessoal que cuida do hostel é uma familia muito gente boa, pessoal sempre preocupado com nosso bem estar, fomos recebidos de forma muito calorosa... o quarto é muito bom bem limpinho, roupas de cama são colocadas novas quando você chega... café da manhã é simples porém muito bom!!! o pessoal do hostel pega pão novinho na padoca só pra você tomar um café bom!!||além da parte dos dormitórios tem outro ambiente na frente que é um paraiso, onde você pode se sentar em meio a natureza e relaxar... para a praia você tem que ir de carro pois de apê se torna longe... tem trilhas para a praia da galheta... em fim obrigada...

Este lugar es maravilloso. Han hecho una reforma tras la pandemia que ha mejorado mucho lo que había. Tienen unos bungalows de lujo, inmersos en verde tropical y con un diseño fantástico.

Lo mejor de todo son los propietarios, que me trataron increíblemente bien en un momento en el que había perdido mi anterior alojamiento.
