Shower doesn’t work... I was all wet and they came in so late to fix, my husband had done something himself. I had asked help two times, still the rest of my family had no shower today. Another 3 maintenance problems around the room. Spider webs, mosquitoes and even the bed had dust in it. The rustic style is outdated and had a smell. The private swimming pool is a total wast, the water is cold when the ocean is warm and perfect over the fence. If you need a hairdryer you must ask, and they don’t have enough. For this price I am never coming back and I will try to go to another place tomorrow morning. I understand I have booked in a low season, but even the main pool outside is dirt and closed now. The employers are very polite, free room service for lunch or dinner... but in this place such things should never happen. . . No entanto, isso não esconde as muitas situações que passei. Para iniciar, vi um anúncio no BARATO COLETIVO. O ANÚNCIO É PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA! Eles usaram as fotos das suítes master, com a promoção baseada no preço dessas suítes. A verdade é que a suíte que me foi oferecida foi a luxo, ou seja, a economia é muita pouca. Fomos encaminhados para a suíte 3, térreo. O quarto tinha inúmeros problemas de manutenção. Estava com cheiro ruim, era escuro (e apenas metade das luzes do quarto funcionavam), úmido, pouco arejado, morfo no teto do banheiro e muita muriçoca, e etc. O mosqueteiro não servia para o tamanho da cama e tinha um buraco. As cortinas da cama tinham teia de aranha. Na verdade, tinha teia de aranha por todo lado! Até a cama estava empoeirada! Apenas no segundo dia, quando o quarto foi limpo, pude desfrutar de uma cama com cheiro de hotel limpo. O chuveiro quebrou, deu curto circuito durante meu primeiro banho. Foram muitas ligações e cobranças até que, após 24h, podemos nos banhar. Eles cogitaram nos trocar de suíte, mas ficou por isso mesmo. Também cogitaram dá um jeito nas muriçocas e também ficou no falatório. Meu esposo é alérgico e saímos do hotel com ele doente de tantas picadas! A minha filha, de apenas 3 anos, tem picadas até embaixo dos pés. Não teve repelente que desce jeito! A piscina privada não tem luz e precisa de limpeza urgente, entre as cerâmicas é tudo preto. Nem tivemos coragem de usar! E por falar em piscina, durante nossa estadia de dois dias, a piscina principal estava verde e imprópria para o uso. Nem secador de cabelo tem nos quartos, precisa solicitar. E pelo o que me pareceu, são pouquíssimos, pois a moça teve que procurar em várias suítes... Parece mesmo uma piada o que passei, posto que aqui mesmo no google esse hotel é muito bem recomendado. Estamos falando de uma diária CARÍSSIMA, numa suíte luxo onde tive que correr do banheiro pra não levar um choque! No check-out, falei por tudo que passamos e um desconto de 15% nos foi oferecido, mediante minha insistência. Essa gente cobra preço de hotel cinco estrelas, por uma hotelaria de albergue. Sem água pra tomar banho, morfo, ferrugem, vazamentos, coisas quebradas e muriçoca? Não lembro de quantos hotéis e pousadas fiquei, no Brasil e fora, mas essa...

We visited on New Years Eve for set price of 220BRL per person....yes it is New Year’s Eve celebrations and I understand that the customer pays extra however what the hotel did not understand is on New Years Eve the customer expects a bit extra. |The buffet style food consisted of three meats, one prawn stew, lots of fruit and salads. |There was no extra vegetables or anything exciting. No deserts and I hardly ever have a desert but for the price I would have expected it and for it being a special time of the year!|We had to order whole bottle of wine which was not of best quality... we only wanted one glass. |When it came to paying the waiter brought us a bill then he took it back and brought it again with 10% service charge! We thought he only served us 1 drink and we had to get our meal ourselves as well as cutlery! There was no extra service involved and we had to pay about 60BRL for absolutely no service!! |I definitely would not recommend!! |Not a nice NYE...

This place is excellent!! A full dive into Ceará environment! An artistic delight! Nature and art lovers will really love this! The hotel is enchantingly divine! Feel like I've been to paradise and back! Well done! |The restaurant's food is incredible!! Service is a bit slow though but I guess it comes with the local laid back way of life. Suppose it's also what makes this a genuine experience that completely draws you out of your routine and usual conception of time. In Flecheiras you take off your watch to fully enjoy your time.
