Passei dois dias com minha esposa e filho de 2 anos num quarto e minha mãe e meu irmão em outro. A experiência foi péssima. Minha mãe foi ao banheiro da área comum e não havia sabonete líquido. Ela pediu ao staff e o funcionário disse que não havia sido comprado. Ele entregou um detergente de lavar louça e após minha mãe lavar as mãos ele levou embora. Na primeira noite o ar condicionado do meu quarto não esfriou o recinto. Choveu durante a noite e de manhã verfiquei o chão do quarto molhado, pois infiltrou água pela janela fechada. Comuniquei ao funcionário e fomos para outro quarto (maior, por sinal). O café da manhã foi bem fraco. Frutas com casca (abacaxi!) e q não estavam gostosas. Em vez de sucos naturais serviram suco del valle. Após mudar de quarto,no segundo dia, eu, minha esposa grávida e meu filho de 2 anos tivemos que tomar banho frio, pois o chuveiro não estava funcionando. Ao tentar sair para um passeio em mundaú, percebi que meu carro estava trancado por outros no estacionamento da pousada. Ao comunicar na portaria, o funcionário verificou que estava sem a chave de um dos carros que estavam bloqueando o meu. Quase perdemos o passeio de barco devido ao atraso para achar o hóspede dono do carro. Ao retornar do passeio, o chuveiro estava consertado. Saímos para jantar e no retorno fomos surpreendidos com falta de energia elétrica na pousada. Meu irmão utiliza um aparelho para dormir, devido a apneia do sono e não pode utilizá -lo pela falta de energia. Os quartos também ficaram sem ar condicionado a noite. Até sairmos às 12h do dia seguinte a situação não havia retornado ao normal. Os restaurantes ao lado da pousada ficaram sem energia apenas das 6am às 9am. O técnico verificou que havia algo em curto na pousada, mas ainda não sabia o q era. Diante de todo o transtorno, reclamei e pedi ao gerente da pousada que solicitasse desconto ao dono, pois os serviços contratados não não foram prestados.
