Serra Grisante Pousada is a beautiful place with a fantastic view of the Rio Lençóis. The atmosphere is peaceful, the sound of the river is very calming and the surroundings make for a perfect getaway. The staff, for the most part, were incredibly sweet and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

However, one staff member at the reception did not seem very approachable or willing to assist whenever we had questions or needed help. This stood out to me, especially since the people in Lençóis are known for their warmth and hospitality. A little more openness and kindness would go a long way in enhancing the guest experience.

That being said, our overall stay was lovely, and I truly appreciate the efforts of the rest of the team. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and continues to improve their service. I would still recommend this pousada for its charm, views, and the kindness of most...

We spend 5 days in Lençois, visiting the beautiful Chapada Diamantina National park.||Pousada Grisante is central located in the Lençois town at 800 meter from the bus station with view of the river. Staying at the bridge You can so the Pousada at the other side of the river. It's 5 min walk to the central quare with the restaurants and eateries, bars, shops. Sleeping with the music of the waterfall is a great experiance. We made our visits with the Guide named "Puma". He speeks fluent Englisch as wel as French. A localização da pousada é privilegiada, pois está a uma pequena caminhada do centro, o que é fundamental a noite em época de grande movimento, pois as ruas estreitas da cidade tornam o tráfego de carros bem difícil. O dono da pousada (Glauco) é uma pessoa maravilhosa, ele dá todas as dicas de passeios existentes, de acordo com os dias da sua estadia e faz, inclusive, mapas para você chegar até os locais indicados. Ele já te passa uma noção dos valores do dia e é super sincero em relação a necessidade ou não de guias. O café da manhã, apesar de não contar com grande quantidade de itens, é bem variado, sempre conta com uma surpresa diária (um item que é servido individualmente, exemplo: pamonha, tapioca, etc) e tudo tem gosto de feito na hora, sabores caseiros. A pousada fica de frente para o rio principal da cidade, li muitos comentários positivos sobre este fato, porém fui em Fevereiro (época de chuva) e o volume de água estava acima do normal, tornando o mesmo extremamente barulhento, a impressão do barulho era de uma chuva torrencial ininterrupta, portanto foi muito incômodo para dormir, tanto que no terceiro dia me rendi ao protetor auricular. A pousada em si, em termos de estrutura e decoração deixa a desejar, pois não há uma preocupação estética com o lugar. Se você procura um lugar charmoso e valoriza a beleza não vai gostar, porém se preza apenas limpeza e um bom colchão...
