During my stay at this hotel, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience.
Unauthorized Room Entry: On my first day, a staff member, likely a housekeeping attendant, entered my room without knocking while I was resting. She spoke only Brazilian Portuguese and did not understand my request to speak English. This breach of privacy was concerning and should be addressed to ensure proper protocols are followed.
Noise Disturbance: My room was located on the 11th floor near the elevator shaft. Throughout the day and night, the noise from the elevator was constant and disruptive, making it difficult to sleep or relax. A room in this location should be soundproofed or designated for guests who are less sensitive to noise.
Room Key Issues: The room key required daily reactivation, preventing me from accessing my room without assistance from reception. This inconvenience could be resolved by extending the validity of room keys for the duration of a guest’s stay.
Reception Service: The reception staff displayed an unwelcoming attitude, making interactions feel as though they were doing guests a favor rather than providing standard service. A more hospitable and professional approach would greatly improve the guest experience.

Read moreWhat to start with... The only good thing was the breakfast. So lets start from that i dont recommend to anyone going to this hotel. I went much earlier to do the check in. So when the time comes 15:00 there was a queue like 1 hr. They put one like skip the line so when i asked about the worst organise i have ever seen ,a guy from staff named Fransisco came and talk to me with a rude way.. Generally the staff is unfriendly... So we wait more than an hour and the check in was at 16:00 and even more for some of us standing and wait these guys with this attitude.. i wanted to talk to the manager who i wish will see this . But they didnt let me answering me that they will inform him. Nevermind i would never recommend it again . They treat differently to who they want . Also the rooms was nothing special. Read moreThe service is great and there are always lots of staff at reception. The lifts/elevators are strange in there system and you can find yourself going in the wrong direction despite the being up and down buttons on the outside. The pool can be cold but if it’s been a hot day you should be fine, and it’s got a nice little gym with a few weights and some cardio machines. These facilities are all on the roof which has a nice view. Our room was nice with good wifi and air conditioning, it had some damp patches and a damp slightly leaky hole in the roof of the bathroom but was otherwise good and had a bath which is always a good option. The breakfast was nice with lots of options. It’s a very large hotel and it’s easy to get lost but it becomes familiar...
