Pousada Pazuu — Hotel in Região Imediata de Caraguatatuba-Ubatuba-São Sebastião

My partner and I after a 5 hour bus trip from Sao Paulo to Ubatuba. We were relieved to arrive and the beautiful, serene and utterly gorgeous pousada pazuu! As an English only speakers it's always scary to arrive to new place where no one speaks your language but they had the service to be able to accommodate.

The fact that it states pazuu as a 2 star hotel is absolutely INSANE....

5 STAR EXPERIENCE 5 STAR ROOM AND AMENITIES 10 STAR SERVICE

Amenities: gorgeous pool, sauna and 2x jacuzzis. The food was fresh, the loungers were comfortable. it was everything that we wanted, needed and dreamt of and more.

Location: It was perfect, a 5 minute walk to both the center and the water with great shopping, incredible food and jaw dropping views.

Service: all... And I mean ALL the staff were amazing. They all were super informed on the area, the hotel and made sure we got everything we needed, whenever we needed it The food for both breakfast and in the afternoon was amazing, nice to see big smiles on everyone's faces and every also being so chatty and up beat. Honestly all the staff really made the hotel so special to us, so thank you.

Side note: As it was mine and my partner's 2 year anniversary they settup as a suprise to me Champaign chocolates and rose petals in the room. They even had a framed photo of one of our favourite memories on the bed. I have thanked my partner endlessly for setting this up but the staff are what made it happen and what made the trip so special for me.

Room: Spacious, clean, simple and beautiful. Large hot tub like bathtub which... With the Champaign made for a very relaxing and enjoyable first night.

To Conclude: Overall if you are going to Ubatuba and are contemplating this hotel as a great place for you or you and your partner to go to then I would say look no further this is the hotel you...

A pousada oferece uma estadia bem tranquila e romântica. O hotel tem todo uma vibe calma para você curtir em casal. A piscina é aquecida e bem limpa, as hidromassagem são bem quentinhas, juntamente com a sauna. Se tiver um dia ruim e frio em Ubatuba, você consegue tranquilamente se divertir na pousada, pois todas as comodidades são quentes e aconchegantes. O quarto é bem bonito e atendeu todas nossas necessidades, porém achei mal ventilado e com cheiro de umidade, pois a janela do banheiro é muito pequena e se deixar aberta as pessoas de fora conseguem enxergar dentro, então ele fica úmido se você deixar somente ela aberta, há então a necessidade de abrir a janela e porta do quarto também. Há estacionamento na frente e dentro da pousada, porém por ser bem tranquilo a localidade, na praticidade utilizamos na frente e não tivemos nenhum problema. No início da estadia eles oferecem um tour pela pousada e acompanham até o quarto, o que gostamos, pois é uma boa hospitalidade. O bar é pequeno e os drinks tem tamanhos pequenos e não há um garçom fixo, o que dificulta você ter que ir na recepção chamar alguém, porém são todos bem gostosos e docinhos. A pousada também oferece um welcome drink de cerveja, refrigerantes ou água algo muito cordial, uma sugestão é incluírem algum drink da casa para quem gosta de algo alcoólico, porém não gosta de cerveja, vejo que traria um diferencial especial. Tivemos também um mal entendido com a recepção, no qual sinalizaram que perdemos/roubamos um guarda chuva, no qual havíamos deixado na varanda do quarto e alguém pegou, possivelmente alguém da própria pousada, mas não nos deixaram averiguar nas câmeras e queriam cobrar 80 reais por esta perda. No final como não tínhamos assinado nenhum termo, não foi cobrado, porém o atendimento da recepcionista foi bem rude e seco, no qual ao final da estadia nos deixou nervosos e irritados com esse acontecimento, já que não tinha lugar para deixar o guarda chuva no quarto e se retornássemos a recepção íamos nos molhar, invalidando a utilidade do mesmo, no qual foi oferecido, então não houve alternativa a não ser deixar do...

This place is beautiful. Staff is very friendly and location is great. We walked from the hotel to the main street where all the restaurants are (less than 5min). The beach is not good for use but the central location allows you to go either to beaches South and North. Breakfast is delicious and extra points for the sauna. I ordered ahead a little surprise for my wife and they nailed. Highly recommend this place for couples. They have a sister hotel where they accommodate families with kids. This one I would say is adults only...
