Family Hotel Nadejda — Hotel in Bansko

It was our first year in Bansko, and we found here the most friendliest hosts ever. They took care of us and be sure that we had everything we need. In the day we arrrived, I was very sick, I was having a strong cold and went to hospital. The owner came with his car and stood at the hospital to be sure I was fine, and then drove me and my friends back to the hotel with his personal car. I own them a lot. The rooms were clean and cosy, the breakfast delicious, with a delicious tea made from plants collected by the host from the mountain area. They have 3 parking lots in the hotel yard were we left our cars. The location of the hotel is aproximately 15 minutes walk from the ski area and the restaurants are from 5 to 15 minutes walk, so very close. I strongly recommend this place, you will not regret it. When I am in Bansko, I usually try to stay with local people, the atmosphere in their guest houses is so warm and authentic. I wasn't disappointed with Nadejda - picked based on excellent reviews in Booking.com, the house really proved a great place to stay. We were met by the owner, pretty late in the evening who let us park into his yard. The room was very good, comfortable beds, perfectly clean, terrace (though small). There's a sitting room on each floor. The breakfast was very delicious - home made sweets and traditional fried bread, home-made berry jam..yummy! Very friendly people, a soft kitty and a great vacation as a whole. We were recommended a place to have dinner, to have spa - do ask the owners about these, as otherwise you might end up with expensive and not really tasty food in...

We stayed here as a couple during the first week in June. The town was fairly quiet as we were out of the ski season. The hotel is small and friendly and the family who run it are very approachable and helpful.||We were in the Junior Suite and had an amazing view of the mountains from the balcony.||Breakfast was wonderful. Pancakes, jam, toast, eggs, ham and cheese. It varied each day.||The weather wasn't brilliant as we experienced a couple of quite prolonged thunderstorms but apart from that the weather was reasonable for the time of year.||The hotel is in a perfect spot. Probably a 20 minute walk to the ski area but about 5 minutes walk from the town centre.||I would recommend this hotel....
