‼️Guesthouse 7, Bansko - Incorrect landlords ‼️ Hello, I decided to write here after my whole company and I were left without a place for New Year's in an extremely ridiculous way. Last week I had several phone calls with the owner of the house in question to specify the number of nights and the price per night for one of the apartments they offer. Initially, they gave us a price, which we agreed to and paid the entire amount immediately via Revolut. After 30 minutes, you get a call saying that they are raising the price by 70 lv per night. We agreed to this, with the understanding that we would pay the rest when we checked in. The vacations were arranged, the plans were announced, until yesterday, when the lady in question returned my money with one simple sentence: "The group that rents the house will also take the apartment, I'm giving you your money back". I didn't get any more answers, she didn't answer my calls, she didn't call me back. We plan to stay in Bansko until January 5th with them, to combine the holiday with skiing. But alas, we were left without a place to sleep. So my advice, dear people, is to choose a much more important place where you want to stay when you are in Bansko, because in this “guest house” there is a chance that you will show up with failed plans. 🙂 Happy New Year to...

Upon our arrival, the hostess explained us all the rules of the house and she was very helpful. We were planning to stay in the guest house for 7 days but something came up and for personal reasons we needed to leave after the first night. The very polite and kind hostess gave us our money back immediately. The room was clean with a small balcony looking at the garden and the common areas were also very clean. In the description says that the place is pet friendly and it really is! Our dog was really welcomed even though is not a small breed. I will visit this...

This is a nice place with kitchen, opportunity to wash clothes, and with a pretty back yard.

However there is a rooster in the neighbor's back yard next to the west side of the property. This rooster will begin to crow between 3:30 - 4:30 am. And occasionally in the early evening too. My Sony wh1000 xm4 noise cancelling headphones almost make it possible to ignore the rooster.
