Super little place. Very friendly and very warm!! |We had a great time here and the restaurant that is part of it is one of the best in town. |It's nothing fancy but all you need and the hotel mini bus will take you up the road to the gondola for free any time up to 11am if you ask reception and pick you up anytime from 1pm. But also just a 10-15 walk down hill back. |Breakfast is good and varied and the hotel will send the mini bus to collect a group from the airport and return you for 250 lev total price. Bargain! |Staff are friendly and there there is a steam rooms, sauna and gym in the basement. Ask at reception and she will make sure it is hot for you when you want it. |The also recommended a great natural thermal mineral spa for us to go to 10 mins away by taxi ! |Loved our stay and...

The vibe was calm and the rooms were big, clean and warm. The food was fresh and delicious, the waiters were kind with a great sense of humor, and the whole restaurant was packed with people and good emotions, The fireplace and live band really made us feel like we're truly in Bansko.||We will...

I keep coming back for their baked beans, sudjuk and spicy peppers (люти чушки). My wife had peppers in tomato sauce and fried peppers and they were very good. We are both Bulgarian, living abroad and we grew up with this kind of home cooked food and here it is done so well. Heartily...
