Guest House Grachenovi — Hotel in Bansko

Room wasn't cleaned during our two night stay. A bit of a funny smell in the room. Wifi intermittent. ||Lovely lady owner, helpful and gave us suggestions for a restaurant and a place to walk, she speaks a bit of English and really made an effort to communicate. Nice big terrace with great view of Bansko. Nice shower with cubicle (saw another room with a much smaller bathroom, so were lucky to get the room we did) Good location not far from train station...

The top floor room--back side with balcony was very quiet. The owner,Gina was charming and made us feel like at home. Her breakfast,included in price,was much more than we expected.
